"I visited here three times during a conference at the convention center across the street. A colleague had described this convention center as a “food desert” I was so happy to find this restaurant in the Hyatt! I ordered food to go on three days. They were pretty fast on some days even considering how busy it was around lunchtime, but another day they said anything would take 20 minutes. I had the avocado quinoa salad (delicious), the baked sweet potato (delicious), and the cheesecake (delicious). Nice that there is a vegan option that isn’t just an impossible/beyond burger as seems to be the case these days, although they also have the burger. They also have vegan breakfast options such as a tofu breakfast burrito. Please note, this place is not open 24 hours as the HappyCow description says above. I love how they prepared the beyond burger and the option of a salad is great.

Food was good, but had only 2-3 vegan options. They had amazing vegan cheese cake though !!

Had a really lovely waitress. Clearly marked vegan section on the menu and vegan cheesecake too!! Nice option inside the Hyatt. Note it is not open 24 hours. View menu

I was pleased to see a beyond burger on the menu, but even more delighted to find 'real' options to add on, such as the delicious quinoa and sweet potato dish.

I visited this restaurant for breakfast and the only option for vegans was a breakfast burrito. It was quite ordinary and did not come with any accompanying side dishes. In my opinion, it was not worth the price.

Classic diner in the Hyatt. The place is hoping at lunch but they’re very efficient. I went twice during a conference at the convention center. I ordered the Reuben sandwich twice. Absolutely great—probably the best I’ve had. They have a number of vegan desserts available but I didn’t try them. View menu

This Diner is located in the Hyatt on I Drive, attached via walkway to the convention center. They have dedicated vegan menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner, ranging from super healthy salads, vegetable stack, to more diner type fare, falafel, a tofu reuben with vegan cheese, and burgers. They even have a vegan cheesecake in the bakery case. A godsend for anyone who is at a convention.

The B-Line Diner is situated within the Hyatt Regency. The prices may be on the higher side because of the location, but the food and service were excellent! I opted for the avocado toast, which normally comes with eggs, but they gladly swapped them out for their tofu scramble from the vegan breakfast wrap menu. They also provided the balsamic glaze and everything seasoning on the side for me. All in all, it was a delicious meal!
