"I live in Sherman and drove all the way there for a 4 piece catfish dinner, yet received a 4 piece chicken dinner instead. I drove all the way back to Sherman before I realized I received the wrong food and had to turn around and drive back. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because of the staff there. They were really sweet! They admitted the mistake, apologized, offered to replace it, but I didn't have time to wait for the replacement, and when I let them know I didn't have time to wait for the replacement, they promptly offered to refund my money. Although my order was wrong and I used a lot of gas to get there, I will definitely go back. The staff there are too sweet for me not to give it another shot. It may be a while before I can get back out there, but I will be back because I really want to try the fish there. Thanks for having great staff !"

I deleted my old bad review. I have to say everything has improved but lately when I go on lunch and get a burger it's never warm? And the day before my fries weren't either. But I'm glad to see that things have improved. I think they are pre cooking the food and then serving after someone orders

Sorry to give a bad review. My husband and I stopped by about 10 days ago for a burger and fries. The burger was very undercooked and fries cold. The floors were filthy and my husband wouldn't use the men's restroom as it was in need of cleaning. We used to eat there a lot in the past and it was good then.

I attempted to dine here for the second time, as I enjoyed my first visit. However, this experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the hostess asked what we wanted, but as we looked over the menu for about 20 seconds, she became visibly frustrated, sighed loudly, and shouted to the staff if anyone was ready to order, even though there was only one other person behind us who had just approached. This made us uncomfortable, prompting us to leave instead of staying to enjoy the food and pie we were looking forward to.

First time here, I ordered a as is #4 that's on the drive tru and online menu for $8.50 ish. At the order window I was charged $12.98. I haven't tried the food yet. I hear it's good. But I am not happy about a %50 ish raise in prices, when I just camefrom D.Q and thier combos are not gouging an extra cost at all. I get it, inflation sucks, and I am willing to pay extra...butIf I saw the price at $12.98 I would not have gone thru.
