"My wife and I took our daughter here for our wedding anniversary and unfortunately the service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Our drinks took about 20 minutes to come out and 25 minutes after we ordered our food our waitress informed us there was a “computer malfunction” and our food order was never placed but they will rush it we were some how the only people this happened to.15-20 minutes after that our burger and pasta arrived but we had been there for over an hour at that point and anyone with a little one knows that’s about all you have so we had to get everything boxed up. No manger came to speak with us all we got was sorry we might have dropped the ball on this one. We are a younger couple and not there Normal castle pines clientele but they should treat everyone the same. I wouldn’t go here unless your a 50+ year old couple the seemed to get fine service."

Waiter attempted to steal $10 from us by changing a 2 to a 3 on his tip, he wasn’t the best waiter and was getting more than he deserved already, be careful.

The atmosphere is very elegant, the staff is so helpful and friendly, the restrooms are always clean, the food is beyond delicious (I LOVE the whipped potatoes) and overall the experience was fantastic.

Friends have been telling me to check this place out for quite a while and now that I have I wish I had done so sooner. The pasta bolognes and the chicken piccata were absolutely delicious! I am excited to try some other items soon. View menu

We searched for some lunch places in Castle Pines/Castle Rock and discovered Danielle’s Scratch Kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised and highly impressed! The food is incredible—not heavy or greasy, just delicious. We can't wait to return for dinner!

The outdoor dining experience was disappointing because of flies. The appetizer was served without any serving plates. While the food was well-prepared, the staff was friendly but the service was lacking. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to my friends.

We recently moved to the area and decided to try this restaurant first. What a wonderful surprise! The atmosphere and service were fantastic, and the food was amazing. We had the Apple Gorgonzola salad, a Southwest Burger, and the Spicy Chicken sandwich, all of which were delicious. View menu

One of the best meals I've had in recent memory. The wait staff was fantastic and took care of my wife with food allergies. Old fashioned was excellent. The worshishire reduction for the steak was amazing. The Chilean Sea Bass melted in your mouth like butter. We'll be back. Dietary restrictions: Gluten and dairy

Christian was a phenomenal waiter. He anticipated our needs, drinks came out at the right times and he assisted with my unfortunate gluten and dairy allergy. The sea bass and New York strip were insanely good. Even with my allergies, I didn’t feel deprived. The steak was well seasoned and delicious. My husband and I shared our meals and accommodations were made to make sure I didn’t have any cross contamination. The cocktails were unique and delicious and worth the price. No photos to show because we dug right up n and enjoyed our meal. Highly recommend! Especially if you have allergies like me. Dietary restrictions: Super gluten and dairy free friendly!! Highly recommend!!

"Avoid this place. New owner. We were here for our 8 year anniversary. We have come to Pino 's every anniversary for the past 6 years. We have also dined here on the fly over this time on days that were not occasions. The food has always been exceptional. Piper was working at the time and sat us promptly. I noticed that all of the fire dept. gear was missing from the faux balcony and asked if Joe was still the owner. She replied, No. He sold and retired. . This wasn 't a red flag and didn 't deserve to be. My wife and I ordered a glass of wine each for the occasion and ordered the bruschetta as we normally have done. The dish came out after some wait time and it did look different, but again, nothing to be apprehensive about. We both took a serving. The bread was not toasted at all and it was sitting in liquid on the plate. It was soggy and barely had taste. The owner came over and asked about it. We said that it wasn 't toasted and it was soggy. It was bad. The owner replied, it is supposed to be toasted. Let me go talk to my kitchen. . He took the plate and shuffled off. We both ordered our usual dish of the Chicken Penne. My first bite was tasteless and the chicken was repulsive. It was tough, chewy, and barely had flavor. The dish was dry. The original owner 's dish had a bit of an oil sauce along with small garlic chunks. The dish was bad. My wife felt about the same (though she was trying to be more of a positive mindset. . We were at the end of the dish (though I left less then half of the served 'food ' on the plate. and the relief kid waiter (skinny teen whelp with dark slicked back hair comes by and 'drops ' the check on the table while we were still dining. I say out loud, Well looks like we aren 't having dessert after all.. as I clap my hands in disgust with the visit. While we are sitting there he buses the table and takes the drink I am still nursing. I paid cash and the kid asks if I wanted change. I said no. He then makes a comment about the dining experience from before he took over our table. Which leads me to believe there was chatter in the kitchen/back area that possibly included the owner in this chatter. Possibly why the check was dropped while we were still dining to get us out of there sooner (though this sentence is based speculation on his comments. . I ask the kid in disbelief, Do you normally clear the table while people are still finishing their meal? . (and I don 't mean taking a plate or two that were empty and pushed to the side.... but everything. Including the drink I was still sipping on. . We get up to leave and the kid continues going in a passive aggressive confrontational tone. I stopped and turned around and told him, Please do us a favor and stop talking to us. . The food and the service was absolutely appalling. To be honest, if the kid kept going the night would have ended differently. Let 's add the fact while we told the owner the bruschetta was bad, it was still on the bill. We unfortunately will never return to a restaurant that we have been regulars to for 6 years with the old owner because the new owner does not come close to quality or care of what was once there. Thanks again for the wedding anniversary memories."

"I hate taking a full star because once the service arrived it was excellent. If I could just take a half I would just take that. The waitresses were all super nice and got us our food quickly, but it took nearly 15 mins once we were finally seated for anyone to even come give us water or ask what we wanted to drink. I was actually about to leave when an older lady, very nice, came by and asked if anyone had seen to us yet. I will say the hostess was not rude but did ignore us for several mins while we stood upfront looking confused as to where to go. They have the host stand, unmarked, a bit far from the door and it was slightly confusing since no one was near it for several mins. When she finally went to her post and just stood there I realized it was a host stand and that's where we were supposed to go to get service. I'm not sure if she ignored us because I was the lone brown person in there or because she didn't want to deal with new people, but we made eye contact several times while my husband tried going between the doors looking for a clue where we should go and she just kept doing other things instead of helping us. I am glad I stayed even if the hostess was a bit off putting. The other staff was quite pleasant. The chicken fried steak was excellent. Not that processed mashed up meat nonsense. It was a proper steak that you had to cut with a knife and chew. Not as good as grandma's but not too far off either. The sirloin tips were also good but covered in a ton of gravy. My husband didn't care for all that gravy. I personally would have loved it so that's a personal taste issue. If you get the tips and don't like oodles of gravy ask for it on the side. It was very tasty gravy though. The coffee was standard restaurant coffee. Not bad, not good. Just coffee. I hope they get more staff. They seem a bit understaffed and maybe move the hostess to a different area. But we really enjoyed our meal and our waitress, who's name I'm probably remembering wrong but I think was Precious maybe, was super sweet."
