"We first discovered DeRienzo’s at the Pizza Festival last month and thought their pizza was the best we had tried. So, we decided to visit their restaurant tonight, which is located inside the Shady Grove Grill. We started with their appetizer combo, featuring toasted ravioli, mozzarella sticks, and chicken wings. We chose the “hot” sauce for the wings, and we also shared a side salad. For our pizza, we went with The Big Joe. Everything was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. My only concern was that the restaurant is situated in a bar where smoking is permitted. However, they do offer takeout, which could be a good alternative. Overall, the pizza was fantastic!"

had to eat for the first time last night. had her reverend sandwich, which is pastrami and crooked bark on roggenbrot. eating was amazing! will soon goimg to try other food from their menu.

I have once fallen and executed. the shaved prime rib is one of the best sandwiches I had in st. charles. two types of cheese and the thin cut steak has a big sea but it is still juicy. wife and children liked the pizza. View menu

Never again. Waited over an hour for food then left. Update: The owner addressed our long wait and made things right. Excellent ownership and service. We did get our pizza to go and we will definitely give it another try. The pizza is wonderful!

DeRienzo has quickly become my favorite pizza place! The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely give it 5 stars and can't wait to return to explore other items on their well-rounded menu. There are so many dishes I'd love to try!

As a side note, we were on a mission to find the best pizza in St. Peters/St. Charles, and this place is definitely near the top, alongside Dewey’s and Mellow Mushroom. My only concern is that it can be quite challenging to get wine or alcohol when they’re busy. They’re straightforward about it at the front, as some of the staff in the back are a bit slow to serve. Personally, I don’t always need a drink when I’m craving pizza, but after a long day, it would be nice to enjoy a drink with their great food. View menu

I've been enjoying DiRenzo's Pizza since I was in elementary school when they had a shop on Virginia Avenue across from Blow School. One of my best friends, Robert Street, lived upstairs and used to skip school in the eighth grade; he would make funny faces at us. Bob worked for the family, and I would go with him to their Kingston and Telegraph location to help out on weekends. Their pizza was fantastic, and I remember Mr. DiRenzo making the dough. They also had an amazing chef salad that could easily feed four people. God bless, and I can't wait to return for that pizza!

I went in for lunch hoping to try the lasagna I had heard so much about, but it wasn't on the menu. The only options were pizza, wings, and a few sandwiches. I wondered if this was just a lunch menu. Overall, the experience was good, but I felt a bit sorry for the lady who was managing both the bar and the entire restaurant; she handled it all with a pleasant demeanor. At first, I noticed several tables that hadn't been cleaned yet, but now I understand why—she got to them as soon as she could. We ordered our pizza with mozzarella since we’re not fans of provel, and thankfully, they had it available. I hope they can hire a few more staff members to help out!
