"Horrible service from Nicole. Biscuits and gravy were a greasy mess. Got charge 1.50 to add topping then 2.25 for the topping. Told Nicole and she treated me like I was some scumbag looking for free stuff. Gave me the nastiest look and huffed and walkedaway. Fixed my bill and it was 10 dollars cheaper. She was willing to overcharge me 10. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"07/2022 I decided to give this another try after almost a year of avoiding this location as it is conveniently located on my way to work. I've tried it a few more times since then. So far so good. Everything seems to have done a 360. Pretty muchalways stocked up now with great customer service. I love the lady that works in the morning she's super friendly and so farMacedon now seems to have some of the best made food and drink out of the other stores I have recently visited. I'm not surewhat they did to change things around but I hope they keep up the good work. 10/2021 It's conveniently located and in an easyto get to spot but this dunkin sucks, employees can be iffy. I never know what type of service I'm gonna get. Occasionallyit's amazing other days employees are rude and have unlikable personalities. They are always out of the things I like. Last 3trips there they didn't have the only things I order. Pretty much gave up on this location. Last visit I waited in line 15minutes to be told they didn't have the butter pecan frozen coffee flavor or the Boston cream donuts I wanted. I ended up goingto the one in Palmyra to get my food instead. They are always stocked up."

"me my fiancé and four kids went there after Harv 's 60th anniversary party. Food was decent service absolutely sucked!!!! As we walked in we were treated as an inconvenience right away. Our server was horrendous. So sorry to bother you! Waited forever for refills and had to flag you down to get them. I 've been a server for 20 years I 'm very keen on tips. to insure proper service this we did not get so we tipped nothing. The server literally followed me out the door talking trash. Another thing in the service industry you 're not allowed to do or should. We will never be back I wish I got her name unfortunately didn 't. I do not recommend this place is you want any kind of service. I have one star because I had no option. But to us is quite in the negative!!!"

"This McDonald's is conveniently located on my way home from work, which is why I often stop there. However, I've had several frustrating experiences with my orders. I've previously informed the staff that my orders have been incorrect, but I've seen no attempts to correct the issue. I typically visit around 7:30 PM, and I repeatedly ask for no pickles due to an allergy, yet I continue to receive them. This has happened six times now. Additionally, when I request no mustard, I often end up with no condiments at all except for ketchup. The staff members are unfriendly, making for an overall disappointing experience. Just five minutes ago, I picked up my order, which included a burger with only ketchup and a Big Mac that was overloaded with pickles."
