"First of all, this comment is to hopefully correct and help OpenTable and Hard Rock to be accurate w/ future descriptions on their “experience” deals. And please understand that I’m not trying to ruin new year’s for anyone. I wanna thank our server Ryan as he tried to take good care of us, and even his supervisor Sadie offered us to come back tomorrow and take care of lunch for New Year’s Day. However, that’s not why I’m writing. The only reason why I booked their “experience” deal was that they mentioned on their description that there would be a “live” music, which there wasn’t. It was our anniversary and our first time to experience such a lack luster celebration that we have to leave, and decided to enjoy —elsewhere. Also, we were hoping to have a blast as “legendary” members like last time when we were at the puerto vallarta Hard Rock. We paid $300 for a bill that they charge us for $145.61. So sorry, but this was very disappointing. I hope this gets changed for future customers and patrons. Happy New Year’s!"

Once our food was served we never seen our waiter again and needed refills. After we were finished eating he came back and we asked for a refill and he gave us our ticket and refill.

Poor food, poor ambience, poor drinks. Staff friendly but not what a Hard Rock should be. We been to lots but never been like this. Also put a note on at booking regarding my husbands 60th birthday and they did nothing for him. Very disappointing visit.

Love this Hard Rock Cafe the most. Services, food and drinks are great, staffs in the restaurant are so welcoming, friendly and great team players. Enjoyed my Birthday celebration there. Rock shop cashier is prompt and polite too. I would definitely comeback again.

The dining experience was rushed. The restaurant was three-quarters empty. We only had about 20 seconds to look at the menu before being asked for our order. Our main dishes arrived halfway through our starters, and the check was brought over before we had finished or even asked for it. The food was delicious and the restaurant was nice, but it did not live up to the standards of other branches of the same chain.

Went for late lunch and drinks with family. I was craving for hard rock for so long and finally made it happen. Lucky day no wait times. We ordered 1. Loaded nachos with chicken. Really delicious and had this amazing pinto beans dressing on the top. 2.South west flat bread was just the best. It was gone from the table in no time. This is so not my scene but Hard Rock always come up with the good. A extensive food and drinks menu means there is something for everyone. I had the bruschetta but the bread was quite dry and hard. And that?s the only downside of the whole evening. Mypartners pork sliders were amazing and a great portion size. The Margherita and Blackberry Sangria were soooo good. Disabledaccess is good. Dietaries catered for. Best of all, the staff were fabulous and nothing was too much problem.

Went for a quick lunch. Decided to go for ?one night in Bangkok spicy shrimp?. It was a starter but me and my love for shrimp decided to have it as a main. When the very friendly server brought it I thought that the quantity too much for me but I lovedit and managed to finish off the last morsel. And then decided to have a cheesecake with a Diet Coke, an odd combo ????I know .Cheese cake was ok. Anyways a good experience . Will visit again whenever I am in the area Crispy shrimp, tossed in a creamy,spicy sauce, topped with scallions, served on a bed of coleslaw.
