"Holman’s Table- I would have never guessed it existed on this side of St Paul, it sits in the middle of factories and office buildings right off the airstrip. It’s worth the trip to possible see planes take off while enjoying a nice meal. The restaurant itself is quite quaint, capacity is 98. The back windows is ample for plane sightings. The $300 burger is so good. The meat is this thick juicy wagyu that sits on top of a fluffy bun topped with Gruyère and a four gras butter, all plated on top of Madeira Truffle Demi. Demi was amazing to dip the burger in for added flavor. Might even be a great idea to ask for extra Demi.Flying Hibiscus- beautiful red drink that comes with smoke salt, like an upgraded margarita. It was sweet and citrusy from the lime. Well balanced, must reorder type of drink.Holman’s table is a cute romantic spot for a date. Sit on the patio during the summer."

Totally enjoyed Mother’s Day Brunch! Cool vibe, seated immediately, nice servers and excellent food! Tastiest omelette I’ve ever had! Also fabulous shrimp, croissants and fruit (I am gluten free so no croissant) and lemon cheese cake that was GF! Hurray! Hope to return again!

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was a fantastic experience. We will certainly be returning. The observation deck for viewing the helicopter tours was an amazing addition. Pricing per person: $50–100. Food: 5/5. Service: 5/5. Atmosphere: 5/5. Recommended dish: Airline Chicken.

Reservations are highly recommended for Holman's Table. The restaurant is in the original St. Paul Airport (Holman Field) Administration Building built by the WPA during the Depression. Indoor and outdoor dining is available. You might see small planes, private and corporate jets, and Blackhawk helicopters (part of the MN Army National Guard) while you are eating. Unique takes on dishes. There was something for our picky eater and a vegetarian gluten-free diner. View menu

Although the entrees took some time to arrive, the flavors more than compensated for the wait. My only minor issue was that the pork ribeye was slightly overcooked; however, it was still edible, so I didn't feel the need to send it back (which I typically avoid anyway). This place is perfect for nearly any occasion. Just a tip: if you’re visiting with someone who may have trouble walking, consider dropping them off at the door since the parking is a bit of a distance away.

Just here for happy hour. Had two great drinks and the mushroom toast. That was a pretty great stop there! The mushroom toast was a perfect size for two and very tasty and balanced, to go with our drinks. The "Hemingway Was Here "cocktail was a nice balance of the rum and the lime and other ingredients. The bartender was very nice and helpful. The spot itself is very cozy, calm, and not too over-decorated. A lovely place to hang out for an hour or so.And you may get to see a plane or two!

I dined in for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The price per person fell within the range of $30–50, which I found to be quite reasonable given the quality of the meal. The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5. Every dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The service was equally impressive, also deserving a perfect 5. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Finally, the atmosphere was delightful and complemented the overall dining experience, which I would rate as a 5 as well. The combination of great food, excellent service, and a welcoming ambiance made for a fantastic evening. I hig...

The food for each course was nearly 100% without fault. The raspberry ginger ale had a clear 'bite ' from the fresh ginger. Salads were fresh, well seasoned, and generously portioned. The entrees were served hot, well prepared, and signaled immediately that we would be carrying part of each home for a second meal later in the week. The lemon frangipane tart was only very slightly overbaked making the crust edge a bit dry. Service from Laura D was prompt, courteous, and timely. We were anticipating a leisurely paced evening and we were not disappointed. Not once were we rushed with a course presented before being finished with the previous course. The knife provided for the thick, moist pork...
