"The service was poor, the food was old-sour mashed potatoes, old and salty green beans, and watery gravy. Take a look at the color of the broth in which the green beans were sitting. Quite disgusting. I found the lobby to be filthy. My account was not credited at the drive-thru, where I made the purchase. The night before, I had purchased mashed potatoes and gravy. The potatoes were rotten, as if the milk had gone bad. It was too late for me to attempt to obtain another one. I visited the store yesterday and was very polite to the young lady at the window. The night before, the potatoes were rancid, and I would like to enjoy them as a meal. I requested that she check the potatoes, if possible.Since they made a mistake the night before, one would expect that customer service would have been better. However, this did not occur. Nowadays, anyone can become a manager. Several months ago, they were hiring individuals with autism spectrum disorders. I thought it was an excellent idea. They should return to that practice. Back then, there were no problems with my order.I will not return there until they have new managers."

The food is very expensive. The workers are ALWAYS rude. The food isn't really my thing but my wife likes going here. It would be nice if the girls working the drive thru didn't always have a disgusting attitude.

I was disappointed when I ordered a Coke at the restaurant. They filled my cup all the way to the top with ice and then added only a small amount of Coke. It felt like I paid $2 for a large cup of ice with just a side of Coke.

I couldn't tell the difference between chicken tenders and chicken breast, so when I asked them to correct the mistake, the staff were rude and informed me it would take 15 minutes to resolve the issue. Overall, their behavior was very unprofessional. View menu

I have a heart condition which limits my salt intake and my coworkers love this place. They do a super good job of making my grilled chicken sandwich with no salt or seasoning on it. (Bland I know but I didn’t choose this) it’s nice to be able to be confident in the food you’re getting.

The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and courteous. It was lunchtime, so the place was reasonably busy, but they managed to handle the crowd well. The chicken fingers were larger than those at Zaxby’s, which was an improvement (though that doesn't say much), but unfortunately, they had no real flavor and tasted quite bland. The fries were decent, but they lacked any seasoning whatsoever. As for my burger, it was quite thin and also bland, with a texture reminiscent of that dissolvable paper candy. While the kids seemed satisfied with their chicken fingers, we all agreed that we probably wouldn't choose to return. If I did go back, I might try something different, lik...

"My wife and father consider themselves bbq counesours. And they are borderline bbq snobs. My wife 's mission in life is to try every independent que place south of the Mason Dixon and a little west of the Mississippi. They both agree that Miller Brothers is the best we 've enjoyed on many of our adventures. The year before my father passed away one of his last outings was to Miller Brothers and he told the server in a heavy German accent. That is the finest bar b que I have ever eaten. We where surprised in 20 years of eating bbq with this man, we never heard such a statement. We still go to Miller Brothers, we go more regularly now because we 've grieved and have more time. A lot of times when we sit at the table we sat with my dad I smile andi remember this happy experience with my dad. We are glad Miller Brothers was in our life while he was alive and we are grateful they still are today. We have 2 bbq places locally and 9 more all within a hour drive from us. We live in Ellijay and drive over the mountain to Dalton to go to Miller Brothers. Wonderful people,.Wonderful food and an all around wonderful experience Vegetarian options: Backed Bean, coleslaw, potatoes salad, green beans, baked potatoes, French fries, onion rings and Brunswick stew is what I remember of the too of my head. I get the baked beans and coleslaw everytime. Parking: The lot is large and wide, plenty of space to park anything short of an 18 wheeler. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a large parking lot and a wide ramp. The platform and the door are well sized for a wheelchair and an assistant. I would suggest because it is the mountains and the lot by nature of the terrain is not totally level. I do not use a wheelchair but my wife is visually impaired and we use the handicapped acces each time with comfort"
