"I love Joe 's. While it is small? It gives that homie feel. The food is great, always worth it! And the portions are pretty good as well! I came in on a busy night, for carry out, and Lauren took care of me. Even though it was frantic, the phone was ringing off the hook, she made sure to get my order and get it right! All while trying to take phone orders and customers trying to pay, while I ordered! a bit rude! But NOT HER fault!)She was so great, attentive, and so POLITE even though it was super busy! THIS!!!!... This right here...Is why I come back! Because the service is always top notch and the food is great! Please come here if you 're looking for good food and great service!"

Ugh, this place is just awful! The food tastes like nothing, the restaurant is so dirty, and the servers are so lazy! I mean, seriously, do the locals here have any idea what good food is? Because I promise you this ain't it.

We were seated at a table in peace and quiet 3/4 hour before the restaurant closed without any complaints and were served very nicely. The food and the Mexican beer were delicious and satisfied our late hunger after a long drive. Top restaurant and great service ?? Kind regards, the Germanic people?

Ate on the restaurant side for dinner, then moved to the cantina side for drinks. Food came quick and was delicious. Drinks in the cantina were so fun and tasty and it is by far one of the coolest bars I've ever been in. Great atmosphere, decor, music. Definitely check it out! Not wanting to be so rude but this place was a huge let down. Food was lacking taste and they had no salsa or hot sauce, which for a Mexican restaurant it's almost unheard of. Our tortillas werent cooked all the way and they only had like 3 meat choices. Nothing authentic about this restaurant. Leftovers weren't even worth taking home. Service was alright

I 'm so disappointed! I 'm also concerned for the locals... We stopped in Pendleton for the night. The hotel staff recommended this place as The Best! The reviews were also pretty good. The staff were very friendly. The food it was pretty. Except for the cabbage salsa it was brown. The taste there literally was no seasoning. Bland. We got chicken and steak fajitas for 2. There was enough meat cut into tiny slivers) for one fajita each. There was a mound of peppers and onions. For $30+ it should have meat. The rice was flavorless and yellowish. I 've not ever seen rice like this before. If this is The Best in town, the locals need to get out more. :
