"The hotel is quite charming, featuring a lovely courtyard and spacious rooms. However, I cannot recommend this establishment due to the unprofessional service at the bar. During my visit, there was only one overwhelmed bartender trying to manage the customers, which led to slow service and poorly mixed drinks. The most disheartening moment was when the bartender mistakenly added an extra 20% tip to my bill, which I hadn’t intended to leave. When I returned to the bar after closing, I noticed some patrons still drinking, and one of them confronted me about the tip. The bartender expressed her frustration, claiming my order of four drinks was complicated, despite them being clearly listed on the menu. After a lengthy discussion about the difficulties in the service industry, I felt pressured to leave an additional $40 cash tip. This entire situation could have been avoided with better staffing and professionalism. I sincerely hope management addresses these concerns and offers training to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Ultimately, I left feeling humiliated and frustrated by the experience."

Had the best time!!! Danielle is the Captain of bartenders. Any drink we asked her for she made in perfection with her own little twist. We come to see her and listen to her funny jokes. She is the best!!!

My friends and I have a tradition of visiting every Wednesday to enjoy the wonderful music and get our drinks expertly crafted by bartender Danielle. Unfortunately, she wasn't there tonight. The new bartender behind the bar couldn't meet our expectations with our orders. Moreover, the music was disappointing—it was too loud and didn't create the cozy atmosphere we've come to love over the months. From now on, we'll be sure to call ahead and check who will be bartending.
