"It was a disaster.. I was in the drive through for over 9 min. Then they told me to pull up to the#3 spot. I did. Waited for another 12 min before someone came out. Then still didn't have my order. She went to check on us, couldn't find our order, so took our receipt. We waited thinking they were coming.. another 10 min.. we finally had to go in and get our food which was just sitting on the counter. It was cold and it wasn't worth all that for a #2 meal and a single cheeseburger.."

From the two things I tried to order them, they no longer serve the Burger King to whom I went. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and ordered some of my favorite tacos. This place didn't take it. I give a four because they were polite. View menu

I downloaded the app, which was convenient and easy to use. I received my order from the drive-thru and went home to find out that it was not what I had ordered. I was disappointed because I was very hungry. Other than that, I have no other complaints.

The drive thru service has gotten a little bit better. I have had to go back because one child would have a toy in their happy meal and the other one wouldn't..or they would forget a burger altogether. We have received some expired chocolate milks before. Hopefully, the service will continue to get better with the new employees. I still never leave the drive thru without checking my entire bag to make sure everything is there.
