"Great Pizza great hot sandwiches. I ordered a cheeseburger cheezey beef with fries. Very good for the price. Food was cooked on time promised hot. Great large menu for a small place but the good food is worth trying this place out. Cooked very well like your favorite Chef from home would have done it. Joseph is a kind proprietor cares about your dinning decisions at his place. Tell him , Eddie sent you. You'll be pleased by your purchase your stomach will thank you."

The pizza was of good quality, but I found the thin crust to be a bit too thin for my taste.

For a $6.99 lunch special, I anticipated a generous portion when I ordered the non-breaded Chicken Vesuvio today.

The Chicago-style pizza and pastas here are absolutely amazing and cooked to perfection! Definitely give it a try—you won't regret it! View menu

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I know I rated it three stars, but let me explain. My mother and I dined in, and it was a terrible experience.

Lord have mercy! I'm stuffed! The Chicago Deep Dish was so good. Juicy tomato sauce, gooey cheese, thick crust. Oh man I'm ordering that again!

The pizza is tasty, and the sauce has a nice mild spiciness to it. I would definitely give it another try. It appears to be run by a local family. View menu

I really like Papa Saverio’s pizza because it’s tavern style thin crust similar to what I grew up eating in Chicago. My only complaint is that the toppings are very sparse for the price. I highly recommend the giardiniera as a topping. It’s the perfect amount of heat to add for anyone that enjoys spicy pizza.

This evening, we opted to try Papa Saverio's again since it had been a while since our last visit. We ordered a large stuffed pizza, and I have to say it was fantastic! The poppers we had were hot and crispy, which really impressed us. We picked a pizza topped with sausage, onion, green pepper, fresh garlic, and extra cheese. We will definitely be ordering from them again!

"The reviews made us excited to try this place. We ordered the Angus burger meal, chicken tenders meal, a cheesesteak sandwich, all with fries, and a drink. Bad news first. The fries were soggy and limp at best. Some of us received undercooked fries that seemed very much as if they opened a bag of frozen fries and nuked them for 2 minutes. The burger texture and the taste were way off from what I know Angus to taste like. It was soggy, mushy, gray, and microwaved. It was so off-putting that it went into the garbage on the first bite, and at over $70 for the food, I had zero guilt for putting it there. I went home to have a cold bowl of cereal. The sauce on the burger was watery and not flavorful. It was pretty much French dressing with water. Even the color was like French dressing. The lettuce was crispy, and that was the only positive note for that experience. The chicken tenders had the exact opposite problem. Those bad boys were overcooked to an absolute hockey puck and so thin I think it was more breading than chicken. Completely inedible. You could bend them from end to end, and they were holding strong. The good news. The ice cream that comes with the kids' meal was very vanilla and was actually decent. The cheesesteak sandwich is BY FAR the best thing on the menu and the only reason I would ever visit again. I'm not trying to be mean with this review, but I have to be honest because I feel as though we were tricked into coming to this place because of all the overwhelmingly positive reviews. It was a waste of hard-to-come- by money for our family."
