"Went there Saturday night, was in Lenoir, visiting family. The parking lot was half empty. And from my experience, that’s a red flag. The food, the service and the overall experience was amazing! I’ve been living in the Charlotte area for the last year, but I have a house in Hickory. That store closed during Covid. Missed the salad bar! I love the pumpernickel croutons! As usual we ordered a shrimp appetizer, and everyone ordered an entree/w a salad bar. I had the grilled Tilapia w shrimp, my daughter ordered a pasta dish, and my grandson Tadpole, ordered chicken fingers and fries. The whole time the waiter was so friendly, accommodating, to the point of playing with my grandson. Letting him grab pens, straws etc. We all had boxes of leftovers, and the salad bar is so good. The waiter was a guy, named Tom I think on 07/06/24, and he was a trooper, we never went without, because he, and other staff checked, politely every fifteen minutes!"

They are terribly short on help here. The guy that waited on us was also working in the kitchen. We were there for around 15 minutes before our order was taken. He was very nice and apologic. We understood, but were hungry. The food as always was great! I hope they get more help soon! We love Ruby Tuesday!

Just came from a wonderful dinner Good food and best Raspberry Lemonade I have ever had. Excellent service provided by Chris C very friendly and accommodating. A valuable asset for his employer, good team member, kept himself busy with attention to small details that others might overlook. All the staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive to customers! I absolutely love the salad bar, and all the dishes featuring duck are fantastic! It's a great spot for both lunch and dinner. My wife and I refer to it as our favorite local restaurant! We often visit and usually enjoy our usual seats at the bar booths. The manager, Chris, is genuinely a wonderful person who always makes sure everything is running smoothly!

Our waiter Zach Brown was awesome. He was friendly and very attentive. The food was pretty good, I had the Hickory Bourbon chicken) but the service is what will have me coming back. One of the best parts of eating out is the wait staff. If they're friendly, I can let some things slide. Again, the food was good, but I really enjoyed my meal more because of the special treatment we got from Zach. Thanks Ruby Tuesday for us having a really good lunch with great atmosphere.
