"Overall very disappointing. For an expensive restaurant I definitely expected something better. First thing we faced is the restaurant doesn’t provide parking. There is a parking lot in front of the building but it doesn’t belong to them…?When we walk in, we are faced with a barrage of swag to buy before or even seated. They are trying to get us to buy hats and bottle cozies and more. Not very classy.When we ordered drinks I found out they don’t have HOT WATER…? When I requested a cup of hot water with lemon, she said they don’t have any.They don’t give you any dinner rolls. You have to buy their “bay bread” for $12 and it’s covered with sauce and cheese like cheap pizza. They make it sound good with their fancy words on the menu, but don’t fall for it like we did. You could buy an entire delicious pizza for the cost of this pizza inspired “appetizer” we had to order because they don’t put out dinner rolls that we typically like to enjoy with our drinks while waiting for our appetizers.Their strange combination of scallops and pierogies did not go well at all so beware of that.Their “gourmet grouper” was no better than other restaurants’ grouper dishes in the area.The server was flighty and unhelpful. She essentially did nothing but take our order as everything else was served by others from the kitchen. She could have been standing behind a counter at a fast food chain for all she did.With so many other waterfront dining experiences to choose from, I would not recommend this to any of my friends nor ever go here again.Parking: Restaurant could at least provide in the attached lot free of charge, but they don’t"

We keep coming back. Food is always very good, but the cheesecake is fabulous. Good service. Outdoor waterfront dining.Parking: Typical beach parking. They have their own lot too, no problem getting in lately.

Hostess was too lazy and rude to actually walk 25ft to look for a table near the water for us so I had to show her there were tables open! We sat ourselves- food was good but but I can’t believe the lack of effort by the hostesses! View menu

Great food and drinks are mixed very well too! Awesome water view to watch for dolphins in a relaxed setting. Had the Grouper platter and it was delicious, with generous portions too. We did not leave unsatisfied and were still talking about it the next day.

We went for the first time last week. Had a really nice and relaxing lunch. The waterfront views are amazing, and a nice cross-breeze kept us cool on a hot day. Our server, Dawna, was fantastic, very attentive, friendly and fun. The food was very good and not overpriced.

Amazing service and amazing food. We had a party of 6 and dinner came out fast and everything was delicious. It started storming while we were there, and they had screens that automatically came down to protect us from the rain. It was an amazing experience overall, and definitely one of the best places to eat at Fort meyers beach. View menu

Fantastic. Great service, food and drink. Enjoyed the special fish and chips. I was told the fish were locally caught and fresh and to me it was definitely fresh and excellent. Surprised the cook got a lighter breading to work for a fast fry. The pineapple slaw a perfect side for the dish. Great views as well. Service friendly and attentive. Recommend!

So great! We went on a fishing excursion that docked at the Snug Harbour Restaurant dock. Luckily for us the restaurant offers to cook up your catch! We had 2 different kinds of fish and ordered what we thought would be best but thankfully the server, Nicole, came back with chef recommendations which were so much better! Nicole was amazing, very friendly. Fish was prepared to perfection and we could not have been happier. Thanks to Snug?s and the crew.
