Every time I go to this specific Sonic the quality of the food changes. Sometimes the chicken is over cooked, sometimes under. Sometimes you get fresh French Fries, sometimes they taste like they were cooked 3 days ago. Half of the ordering stations have been broken for over a year. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I've lived around the area for over 20 years. They always hire young staff who serves you cold limp fries and shredded cold tater tots. The jumbo popcorn chicken is a joke it's tiny little chicken peices the size of your thumb nail. We payed 31$ for dumpster food. I ordered a sundae with nuts today, but unfortunately, they were out of nuts. That wasn't a huge deal, but I was still charged 30¢ for them, and I didn't get that amount refunded after a frustrating experience with the staff, who didn’t seem honest. While 30¢ may not be much, it highlights the importance of good business practices. On top of that, I ordered a master shake, which I received. However, there was a large air pocket at the bottom, meaning I paid full price for only about two-thirds of the actual product. Just wanted to share my experience here. Meal type: Other.
