"Usually one of our favorite restaurants in the area. This night was a little disappointing though. 1st we were seated in the side room. Totally different vibe from the vibrant front room which was filled. It is .....a very boring and plain room I guess would describe it best. Then there was a large, very noisy group in the room. Swearing and just way to loud for others to enjoy a meal (our anniversary) as others also around us commented. Was then informed there was no lobster and was all out of it for the night. At 6:00pm!? You might expect that at 8 or 9 but the night just started. (Coincidently my wife and her friends went there revently for lunch and at 12 they were told they had no fish that day. A Seafood restaurant with no lobster or fish is strange and unheard of. There were 6 desserts and we were told they were out of 2 of them. Our waitress worked hard and was very nice but her attention was mostly focused on the large group. The food was very good, as usual, even though my wife had her heart set on lobster. The scallops and the oysters were delicious. Love the place usually so we'll chalk it up to an off, different night there."

Have heard good things from others and finally got around to trying it. I had blackened scallops and my wife had prosciutto wrapped cod. Both were very good. I requested lightly blackened and they were. Cocktails were well made. Wine list was good. Service was on the slow side but we were not in a rush. Not a lot of things to baffle noise so the conversations were at times loud but even more so was clanking of dishes into the bus trays and loud noises coming from the kitchen like pots banging. I would go again and request the auxiliary dining room off of the main.
