"I was greeted by a staff member in casual clothes while someone was making a sandwich. One of the sandwiches I ordered was a footlong double meat steak, but I saw the employee put it in the oven for a 6-inch single meat instead. To make matters worse, the cheese wasn't even melted. After he took it out, he asked another employee to finish my order so he could leave. Instead of completing my half-warm sandwich and starting on my salad, the new employee helped the customer behind me instead. I used to work at this very Subway for about three years when I was younger, and I have to say, the Subways in this area have really declined. Just a little while ago, I was at a Loves truck stop in Faulkville, which was in the middle of nowhere, and they provided some of the best service and made sandwiches correctly."

I had an incredible experience at this Subway location! The service from two staff members, a guy and a girl, was outstanding. I even found the girl on social media, sent her a friend request, and now we're great friends. Don't underestimate Subway!

I placed my order through the app and went to the store, only to discover from an employee that they had closed early. There was no notice of this on the app, and I had received a confirmation email. To make things worse, despite having my phone number, no one bothered to call me to let me know about the change. It was a total waste of time, and I won't be using this service again.

I attempted to share my experiences through Subway's online form and requested a refund, but despite multiple follow-up emails, I have yet to receive a response from the manager about my initial complaint. I also sent photos related to my second experience, and I will update this review if I hear back. Up until these last two visits, I had never encountered any issues with this new employee.

Once inside, I found that the few tables were crammed together, making it difficult to maintain recommended social distancing, which makes me hesitant to return. I've been to many Subway locations, but this one truly stands out. The staff here are amazing! The customer service is exceptional, especially from Rebecca and the owner, whose name I unfortunately can't recall. The real highlight, though, is the food—it's delicious and served promptly! My mother and I visit frequently, and we wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food at a fair price. Definitely give it a try!
