"Horrible! I came here from Rochester yesterday and placed a catering order for today to. E picked up at 11:15. I drive back over today to pick up my catering order at 11:15 and it hasn 't been started yet! I ordered FOUR sub platters! They told me they would start on them when they can today. The first woman was extremely rude and just said, we haven 't made those yet . This is for an event at 11:25 today, thanks! Completely unacceptable!"

I eat at Subway a few times a week, this Byron Subway is one of the best around! The staff at this location are all friendly and have a nice clean appearance, most of the Subways in the area you don’t find this quality. The sandwiches are made nice and neat and not just thrown together real quick like the surrounding Subways. The restaurant is always nice and clean! Overall they all got it together over here and do a great job!
