"First off, the booth was so tight that my husband and I decided to sit on the same side (okay, that was fun and we should do it more often) but if we were a table of three or four that would be impossible. Before I switched, we both had the table right against our stomachs. That was definitely concerning from the start. When we mentioned the size of the booth to the server she said “you should see the ones upstairs; they are even closer!” But…the service was excellent, and the food was good. I had the six ounce filet, medium. It clearly was cooked over a fire and was nice and hot. I found the thicker side to actually be well-done, but the rest of the steak was fine. I had a Caesar salad which was delicious and fresh. My husband had the grilled salmon with bourbon glaze. I looked over to ask how it was, and he was FINISHED! So, it was clearly quite good. We also had the fried pickles, which were salty but tasty, and I had a baked potato and he had the baked sweet potato. I also had a 6 oz serving of merlot which was good, but I think it was ‘shrinkflation’ in action because it was more like 4 oz. But I get it…everything costs more and we are trying to keep prices down. And it was enough, but gee whiz, call it what it is. I would recommend this for families and couples."

I was seated quite quickly, despite it being a busy Friday night. Our waitress, Amanda, was very attentive, and the food arrived promptly, hot, and absolutely delicious! This was our first visit, and it certainly won’t be our last!

The $21 ribeye steak, cut to a half-inch thick, was overcooked and tough. This restaurant is a disappointment. The only positive aspect was the friendly and attentive server. Texans should consider taking legal action against this franchise, as anyone familiar with good steak would go to prison for serving this.

They did a great job! Obviously short staffed (not their fault). We had a waiter and a floater and between both of them we were constantly being asked if we needed anything or missed anything they did a really really good job. I do hope people realize the importance of work in the future and Steph doesn't become a problem much longer

The service at this restaurant was excellent, but I was disappointed with the smoked brisket. It was not actually smoked and was heavily covered in BBQ sauce, making it tough to chew. The mac and cheese also lacked flavor and had a watery consistency. On a positive note, the steamed broccoli was delicious and the beer was cold. I was unable to finish my meal, but I still left a good tip due to the lack of food quality control. View menu

My companion and I ate there last night. I had the ribs and my S.O. had the chicken fried steak. The food was great but the service was superb. Our server was Jamie and she was friendly, personable, informative, helpful, efficient and could not have been more delightful. Had the house salad with the combined two dressings that Jamie recommended and was delicious. Thanks Jamie for enhancing our dining experience with your excellent service.

The staff were helpful and polite, willing to accommodate all our requests despite the busy restaurant. We only had to wait 2 or 3 minutes for a table. The food was fantastic with large portions cooked perfectly. My father-in-law and I had a wonderful Father's Day lunch here and would highly recommend it to others. We especially loved the delicious butter. Thank you to our waitress and the restaurant for making our special day memorable. We will definitely be returning soon.

Big portions. Friendly staff. Handicap accessible. Big portions. I enjoyed most of it. I ordered a rib eye. Received a sirloin instead which was full of gristle and too tough to chew for the most part. I didn't say a word as my husband becomes quite upset when I make negative comments at a restaurant. The red potatoes and asparagus were delicious. The onion petals we had as an appetizer, was tasty. They give plenty (8, for 2 of us)of warm, soft dinner rolls with whipped butter. We only ate 2. Took the rest with us My husband enjoyed the Texas sizzler. View menu

Food was good, I give it a 7 out of 10, service was not, 4 out of 10.. We checked in and was about a 15 min wait so we patiently about waited 30, i go back to her and she can't find my name then someone helped her find it and we were then seated, the guy that seated us did apologize. we then ordered and finally got our food, well except for the 2 sides which we got prob close to 15 min later, the waitress was nice but very forgetful (maybe a new hire? IDK) even the people seated next to us was also complaining about the time and we had different waitresses.. my overall vibes are that your kitchen staff is good to go and some of the waiting staff need to be trained better.. thank you, good lu...

Okay, so I'll start at the beginning. I browsed the menu and thought it wasn't so bad. But in just the course a 2 short weeks the prices are up a dollar or two. In two weeks time! My little brother and I arrive and are seated in a timely manner to a clean table, even though they were packed. Which is certainly a plus. Our waitress Hailey, never brought us rolls, even after we specifically asked to be brought rolls. So no rolls the whole meal, although literally everyone else had rolls on their tables. We both ordered the potato skins, which were bigger and more numerous than expected which was pleasant.However... Here's where it gets worse. He orders a NY strip steak rare, and I order a 20 o...

"Update: 4/10/2022 Came here recently with my wife on our way back from Philly. Hadn’t been here since the pandemic and was pleasantly surprised to see that this place was still here. Ordered the same thing I always do and quality is still good. I’m so glad this little gem of a place is still in business. Prices have gone up a little but so has everything and most restaurants since the pandemic. A hidden gem. Ok, so it’s not one of those fancy Tokyo or New York quality sushi but then again, you’re not paying $500 for dinner (per person) either. I always eat the same thing here — the battered squid dinner plate or lunch, if you’re having it at lunch, with a squid roll and it comes with salad, too. My wife orders the Sushi Boy A or B. It’s a combo plate of such I. And there are lots of other great choices. So far, everyone I’ve taken there, really like the sushi. By the way, my wife is Japanese and she loves sushi (she knows what’s authentic and what’s not). I’ve been to so many of those all-you-can-eat sushi buffet joints where you pay anywhere from $12-20 per person but always end up disappointed. No one would expect to find this place...It’s in a hidden food court surrounded by stores like Gymboree and offices, etc near the Westin hotel in the Princeton Forrestal Village square. While it may be off the beaten path, this place will not disappoint. I’ve been going there for at least 7 years."
