"We came in and were seated accordingly. Our waiter explained how their menu works and gave us some time to look over it. I can say that my drink was amazing. Unfortunately the food took a very long time to come out but it also really wasn't that good. The meat on some of the sandwiches we got tasted reheated. The chicken was very rubbery. I had the pizza, which was good and the soft pretzel was good as well. Everything else that we had really wasn't all that great. This is a hard review for me because I've had high hopes for the place for a long time and finally got the chance to eat there. The staff is amazing and friendly....the drinks we awesome...but the food didn't live up to the rest of the place. Maybe they were just having a bad night...it did seem to get busy after we arrived. Just wasn't impressed like the other reviews I've seen. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

Enjoyed a lovely meal and terrific beers. The food is very well done and the selection of beers was unique. Owner was working to ensure that everyone was taken care of. I will be stopping back through on my trips through Scranton!

Everything was simply fantastic! From the house cocktails and draft beer selection to the small plates, entrees, and desserts, every aspect was impressive. This is definitely one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. A big thank you to Chef Josh, Emily, owner Dimitri, and the entire team—you all did an incredible job! I will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a place with great service and a great collection of single malt scotch then this is your place! Reserve a spot and seat yourself upstairs and ask for Mark and Toby! They are twins but the similarities don't end there! There are great with service and drinks and will make sure that you have the best time of your life. I fully recommend this place and their choose of scotch and service! View menu

Some of the best cocktails I have ever had. I routinely assert that the French 75 I get here trumps the ones I had in NOLA. The atmosphere is intimate and sensuous. It transports you from the dismal reality of Scranton to a different time and place that makes you reticent to leave the ensconced nook you occupy. Service is prompt and accommodating. Food is decent but you undoubtedly go for the atmosphere and cocktails. Oh and believe me, you will go, again and again.

While out of town I went to this restaurant. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked into a cute bar and grill. I sat at the bar, and Mike was my bartender, and he was great. He made me the best vodka martini. For my meal I ordered the chicken curry dish. When it came it looked delicious but when I tasted it, it was bland. They were so gracious to change the dish. I changed it to the shrimp scampi, and they seasoned it to perfection. The bill was affordable, and I had a pretty decent experience.

The 16th Ward is a great place to go for a night out in Scranton. The atmosphere is lively and sophisticated, and the food and drinks are top-notch. I especially enjoyed the flatbread pizzas, which were flavorful and well-made. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Mark, who was our host. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, and he made sure that we had a great experience. Hidden American-fushion gem in Scranton, PA. Best pizza I had since I was in NYC. Order the Hot Honey Chicken Pizza. Sweet Chrissy suggested we add pepperoni, but we forgot. However, I believe it would have been amazing The dumplings were one of a kind, if you enjoy pickled onions, ask for some on the side! It added a nice kick to the dumplings. Also the Sausage Orecchiette WAS BOMB! Definitely will come back when we are back in town. Also shout out to Chrissy for being so attentive and caring. We appreciate her recommendations.

A co-worker and I stopped here on our last night of a business trip, and I have to say.. I only wish we had been there three weeks prior when we first arrived so we could come every night. The selection of exquisite beers the owner carefully chose to have on tap were some of the best I 've ever tasted. The beer sample amounts were like ordering a small coctail. The food was incredibly good and at an extremely generous and affordable price. The owner 's knowledge and hospitality he shared with us was incredible. I can 't recommend this gem enough!
