"This was the closer for our trip to LA over the new years. Great little breakfast/brunch spot. The biscuits and gravy was a 4, good biscuit but the gravy is missing the traditional heaviness that I like, but for healthy Californians, this should be perfect. The shrimp and grits was a 3 unfortunately, the shrimps were fresh but way to garlicky for my taste. The grits were on the sweet side but good. But I am comparing this to Brenda's French Soul Food in San Francisco so it is not very fair. Finally the chicken and waffles, it is a 4 also, good tender crispy chicken and waffles with honey, not maple. Overall, good neighborhood joint."

Eric was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the specials and brunch hours, as well as oat milk lattes (my favorite!). I will definitely be coming back!

Skyler was an outstanding server! He provided excellent recommendations for food when we were unsure of what to choose. The Nashville chicken sandwich was fantastic! View menu

Perfect spot for a relaxed, delicious lunch outside or inside if you prefer that. Food tasted great and will definitely go back once I visit Long Beach again in the future.

My senior friends and I eat at the attic for breakfast/lunch as often as we can. We love the quality of the food and the people who work here as well as the service. They also have great bar service!

Went to The Attic to celebrate my grandson's 1st birthday. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Couldn't ask for anything better. Kid-friendliness: 1st birthday is as kid friendly as you can get ; View menu

Great brunch spot. Nice location, parking can be tough. Fun layout with indoor and outdoor seating. Full bar and beer on tap. Drinks aren't very strong. Lots of great sounding food options and the food is delicious. Portions are a bit small for the price.

Great place, great food. The Mac and Cheetos are amazing, if you like pepper you’ll like that, my brother got the Mac and Cheetos and was trying to get my father to try some but he’s not really a Mac and cheese guy but when he tried it he said “That’s freaking good.” The biscuits and gravy is quite good too, but not a traditional gravy but still good. The poutine is quite good as well. In all everything we tried was great. Parking: There is parking around, it’s wasn’t hard for us to find parking but I bet it would be a little hard a different day.
