"The best at the top! The staff is completely stellar, supported by phenomenal management. Our social group has monthly events up there stairs in private space. You take care of each of our needs EVERY TIME! Even in place of possible problems, they address them directly and there and compensate for all possible problems. What about the TRUE MANAGEMENT? We will be long-term business partners of this place and will refer them to everyone! We are currently in the contract for the next year to continue our business efforts with Parkers of White Marsh. Food is amazing... Live Music supports local bands... Drinks are average for the region. The venue is constantly updated and every time we have an event, we see something new!"

Last year, we visited Easter and dined at a lovely table in a charming white tent. The buffet offered a fantastic array of dishes, and we were all very pleased with the service. Now, let's talk about the food—it was absolutely fantastic! I can’t emphasize enough how much it has improved since my previous visit. The main rib was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing, while the crab cakes were honestly the best I’ve ever had, and that’s saying something. Whenever I am in the area I will stop in at Parkers as they always have consistently good food and service. My last visit there was a band playing and I have never visited that side of the restaurant and it was a nice treat. I enjoyed myself while watching the band play and again had good food and service from the waitress. Normally I eat on the formal side and sometimes at the bar so it was nice to eat under the tent hearing live music. We will be back.

When we spoke to the banquet manager about our experience, I mentioned that we had a reservation at 6:30, and here it was already 8:30. She responded, “You’re not at Outback, that’s fine dining.” That comment didn’t make any of us feel better, especially since we hadn’t received our food in a timely manner. The kitchen service was extremely slow. On our way out, I spoke to the owner, who mentioned how much he paid for the place and offered us a free drink for our next visit—we definitely won’t be returning!
