"The drive to get there through winding roads is beautiful. The place itself is lush and stunning. The many different stores and shops within all surrounded by gorgeous plants and flowers and amazing statues and wood sculptures. The wait in line to get in is well worth it. The whole entirety is just amazingly decorated. The staff is extremely superb and attentive. The food is just out of this world! I am just in awe of the beauty here. Not to mention the main attraction is the breathtaking view of Lake Travis while you dine outside. It's no wonder this is a local favorite! This being my first visit, I will definitely add this to my list of repeats! We'll done oasis!!!"

I arrived just as the restaurant opened and was seated with a fantastic view of the lake. The food was quick and simple—nothing overly fancy—but the drinks were excellent. The customer service was outstanding! Would I return? Absolutely! Next time, I'll come for sunset. View menu

It's a spacious restaurant that offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is friendly and the view of Lake Travis is beautiful! The food is decent and the drinks are good. The seating is a bit cramped outside, but the view makes it worth it! If you are looking for a family friendly location with great views, I definitely recommend it.

Lovely sunsets!! I went around 6:45 pm, parking is easy to get, got a table without much wait. Although I would prefer something close to a fan, as it got hotter a little later. Staff is very friendly, gave some good recommendations. I tried their fried avocado very nice), shrimp tacos and chicken fajitas. It’s a good place to spend your evening with golden light around sunset. You get great pictures.

I was hesitant to go here due to bad reviews but we were visiting Austin and wanted something to do. I set myself up for having really low expectations for the food but it was good. The menu isn’t anything WOW but everything we ordered tasted fine. We were here at noon on a Sunday. Not too busy yet, and the views were definitely nice. I don’t know why, but the fries tasted really good. The decor was amazing. Now I wanna come back for sunset. View menu

This was my first time going to the Oasis. They food was great and the fajitas for one was actually enough for two people. The view of lake Travis is breath taking during the setting of the evening sun. This restaurant is huge consisting of multiple buildings . Each building is four to five stories surrounded by balconies and patio areas to dine and walk around taking pictures. If you have a lock you can lock it to the balconies rails to show your love for your significant other. If you didn't bring one the gift shop has plenty to sale. If you have it's worth checking out.

The Oasis... definitely about the timing! We visited off-season, still loaded with visitors but restrictions on seating areas, 45 minute wait, and they're actively hiring to remedy the short staff. The major off-season drawback was... No umbrellas for the seating and we were scorched! Timing was hard to plan for the ideal sunset, no live entertainment booked for a Sat night and lots of shortages on the menu, and many of the smaller shops to visit while you wait weren't open. Food was delish, pricing is decent for an upscale night out, the view was absolutely gorgeous. We'd go back.. likely without the children

"I literally just made a review but I’m going to make another one because for whatever reason someone or somehow it got deleted. I used to be a regular at Bouldin and the service was always amazing but my last two visits have been by far horrible. The service has been so poor that I felt disgusted when leaving the restaurant. There are two girls that work there with light brown hair and blue eyes. Pretty sure one of their names is Rego. My boyfriend and I were served by her before and she seemed nothing but annoyed and couldn’t care less if we were in her section. Barley even interacted with us or asked how our meal was and just seemed disgusted by us, just being rude passive aggressive for no reason at all. I’m a server and I KNOW this isn’t how you treat your guests and the same thing happened tonight. She just seemed like she couldn’t care less if we were there and just seemed annoyed? I don’t mind paying the gratuity if I’m being treated decently but that wasn’t the case and I feel as though they feel like they think they can get away with behaving like mean girls just because there’s a gratuity. I have friends that dine here as well and they have had the same experience. I’m not one to write reviews but I feel this needs to come across a managers attention so they know who they are hiring and how they are treating customers. Really disgusted and disappointing and if this gets deleted again I’ll write another review or just call the store to speak to a manager. Disgusted by their behavior."
