"I've been to V a number of times for brunch. The service has always been good and the food delicious. That was the main reason I suggested it for our get together for brunch. Unfortunately this time was not the same. The service was absolutely horrible! I made a reservation for Three of us showed up and told the hostess we had a reservation. She asked if we wanted the bar or a table. Why would we make a reservation to sit in the bar? Once seated it took forever for the server to come to the table. She asked for our drinks and I asked for a pomegranate mimosa. She said they didn't have those. I was immediately confused since V is the only place I've had them. I checked the website and sure enough the brunch drinks listed it. I showed it her and she replied the website hasn't been updated in a long time. When we asked if it was possible to have one any way she said she didn't think the bartender would know how. Umm what? It took forever just to get water. Once the food came (which didn't take very long) she disappeared. She was very nice but her service was terrible. Thankfully the food was just as delicious as always."

I have visited this restaurant multiple times with my family. It is relatively new and surprisingly not very crowded even during busy times. The restaurant is spacious with 2 bars and plenty of outdoor seating. We have enjoyed the food and found the prices to be reasonable. The service is friendly, although at times it can seem a bit disorganized - for example, when we came on Mother's Day with a 10 am reservation, we had to wait about 10 minutes for the staff to set up an outdoor table for us after the restaurant opened. This may be due to the young wait staff and the fact that the restaurant is still new and getting up to speed.

Three of us had dinner at the V and each of us really liked our dinner. The waiter was a little slow particularly since we were the only people in the dining area. The bar was quite busy but he seemed to have no duties there. I had wild mushroom risotto with shrimp which was outstanding. My mother in law really enjoyed her fries and burger. My husband had steak and fries, also delicious. The restaurant is located in a strip mall next to a hotel so there's not much ambiance but it is very convenient to Dulles Airport and the food was great. The service was OK and I'm betting if it had been busier it would have been better. I would definitely return if staying in that area again. View menu

We wanted something with a brunch menu and the three dollar **** Mary's were a bonus. When we arrived at it was so quiet we weren't even sure it was open. We had a table of so had reservations. But definitely didn't need it. Our server was less than enthusiastic. I'd read reviews about it being slow and it was definitely that. The food was ok. My sons complained the fried chicken in the chicken and waffles was soggy on the underside. My breakfast burrito was good but the fruit with it was almost all melon and pieces of strawberry that I didn't eat because they were brown. However, upon arrival, we were seated but received no service – not even for drink orders. Despite reaching out to other servers, we were continually told that our server would be with us soon.
