"This little place is located on the sub-concourse level of the middle building known as The Versailles at The Towers at Water Edge. It is owned by Ron who is a chef and prepares most, if not all of the food there. It happens to be a major asset to the people who live within the Towers as it functions both as small deli and eatery. But it is actually more than that because of the nature of its location and the people who live and work there and the owner, Ron. Many people congregate there before and after eating and in many ways it is a little community center where people go and seek the company of their neighbors and/or friends. Some people go with friends and meet others there while others like my Dad, would go there alone and meet whoever happened to be there and strike up conversations. The point is that the place has a warm welcoming feel and people obviously feel very comfortable in this small oasis. I have typically had breakfast or lunch here but they also have dinner options and (you can eat there or take it to go) it is a very convenient place to have available and know about. I should add that all the food is fresh and well prepared. I have enjoyed my food here and really appreciate the tone than Ron sets for the place. I can say that because it was previously run by other people and it is such a different place now."

I had the fresh roasted turkey and it was awesome. My friend had the fresh roast beef and she loved it as well. We both had a yummy salad too. The food is very fresh and the customer service is excellent! Highly recommend!

I have to say, Tri Tower Eatery's kitchen is truly exceptional. The ambiance is great, the place is clean, and the service is friendly. Everything I tried was outstanding. The staff is wonderful and incredibly welcoming. I'm so impressed and can’t wait to return to Sofia's kitchen!

A most necessary addition to the amenities available to the residents of The Towers at Waters Edge...aka...Birchwood, Tri Tower Cafe provides meals, light groceries, catering, and a food delivery service not only to the residents of this complex but to the surrounding community. Chef Ron and staff are always there when you need them and for the elderly this is a necessary service. The food is great, the prices are reasonable, Ron and his staff are always polite and helpful. And you can eat on premises in the cafe. It is a social gathering place for one and all. This is truly a gem of an establishment that should be nurtured and supported.
