"EDIT: Before reading just know the owner for some reason has been harassing me and calling this profile fake. I think it says a lot that any negative review she will write off as fake. She clearly cannot handle negative feedback and was likely coddled as a child. As for the former employee part, I 've never worked here nor known someone who has. Although I think it also goes to show the kind of person she is to get in fights with ex-employees. Honestly I’ve been a fan since they were just a food truck. When word was spreading management was driving this place into the ground, I always came to the defense. The food is decent but it’s not worth supporting the owner Betsy. She’s disrespectful to staff and customers. She’s always been odd, but my final straw came when I overheard her cussing out her own staff for dropping a tray of food. It’s sad it happens we are human. The language she used was not okay, throwing out offensive slurs and not caring about the feelings of her own employees. I can see how the quality had dropped significantly, she’s beating everyone down mentally. I would avoid this place until management changes."

Was out riding, stopped for a bite and my date and I had a salad (do you want chicken with that? Sure) and side order of fries. I couldn’t believe the bill was $32, then tip. For a salad and fries? Booked a reservation here for a team outing. Lunch first then kayaking; Everyone was super psyched. Arrived promptly at noon, chatted a bit, and then ordered. Didn't get our food until 1:10 (about 1 hour after ordering). Server kept saying 5 more minutes, only to reveal after the food came that they had a large order before ours. That's fine, but our next reservation was at 1:30 (we let the server know that). Basically giving us 10 minutes to consume our meal. We were literally giving each other awkward looks if we were taking too long to eat. It was comical. Paying premium for subpar service and food we didn't enjoy. Should have gone to Subway instead.
