"Usually fantastic, sometimes victim of their own success. ie. Pizza for takeout, told would be ready at 6:05 waited in takeout area until 7:10 when gal asked for the status and pizza line said “Oh we’re about to start that one.” I replied “Don’t bother, I’m leaving” and the response from takeout gal was “I don’t blame you.” No offer to try to make things right, just “okay whatever.” Edited this because the place is super cute and usually fantastic experience."
