I have had good meals at Yaya’s, but this last experience just was not good at all. I got the roasted chicken to go, and it was unbelievably dry. I am all for spending money to eat quality food, but $24 for dry chicken is unacceptable. View menu

What can I say? All the best dining places are in Johnson County, and I hate that, but I'll drive for good food, and I can truly say this food is wonderful, the duck polenta creamy sweat savory in one bite. The carpaccio im not a fan of truffle oil, but it didn't really affect how much I enjoyed the carpaccio. Now, the shrimp and risotto decadent succulent man, you have to try it

The portion sizes were OK. Our server was excellent!! The duck was mediocre…quite a few tough pieces throughout the breast (not a very high quality cut, in my opinion). The roast cauliflower steak appetizer was just tasteless and quite a disappointment. The flat bread pizza was, well, pizza. This was our first time eating here, and we had high hopes for an excellent meal. What we ended up having was quite mediocre.
