"Fast Service! Pleasant employees! This location, and the Germantown location are the only Zaxby's I've been to in the Memphis area that have not had me pay for my food in the drive-thru, and then ask me to park and wait for them to bring my food to me. The Union and Kirby locations need to start telling customers that there will be a wait BEFORE we order. Some people might not have time to sit and wait 10 or more minutes for their food to be brought to the car. That's not good customer service."

Went to this Zaxby's and they made a mistake on my first order. However, after going back and asking for them to correct the error, not only did they do so in a prompt manor, but did so very pleasantly and apologetically.
