"I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru of a restaurant in Hartwell, Georgia. I waited for twenty minutes without any movement and ultimately left without ordering anything. When I called to place an order, I was informed there would be a 30-minute wait. After waiting 40 minutes at home, I decided to return to the restaurant, only to wait another 30 minutes before receiving my order. The staff member who served me had an unpleasant attitude. I noticed two DoorDash drivers also waiting for their orders, yet it seemed like no food was being prepared for either takeout or drive-thru customers. The staff appeared more interested in chatting and socializing than efficiently fulfilling their duties. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and would not recommend this restaurant for takeout. The prices ranged from $30 to $50 per person, and some of the recommended dishes included extra sauce, extra chicken fingers, coleslaw, a chicken finger platter, and a boxed lunch with House Salad."

Normally zaxbys is a good chain. This particular place just throws the name in the grinder and spits on it. It mostly is to do with the front of house staff. They spend most of their time messing around doing anything but taking orders or handing out food in the drive way. Not worth wasting 50 minutes for something you can get in a neighboring town.
