"I started my experience with a filthy menu…so bad I went to the bathroom to wash before my burger came. I asked for my burger to cooked medium and it was so dry it was hard to swallow. The meat wasn’t seasoned at all. My onion rings were under cooked and gummy. My husband ordered the pastrami sandwich and said it was good. Loaded with meat. His onion rings were under cooked also. We watched the waitress clean up a spilled tea at another table, she used a mop from the corner of the dining room. She then went and grabbed a pitcher of water and tea without washing her hands. My husband’s comment was, “ I hope she washes before she brings our food.” She didn’t. I doubt we go back."

Traveling on a Sunday evening we came across this place as it was one of the only places open!! Wow!! It is a little off the interstate but it is well worth it! We ordered the pork chop dinner, we usually always order steak, it was excellent! Servicewas outstanding (Madison) lots of interesting old memorabilia! We travel a lot and rarely ever leave a review but this place isworth taking the time to write a review!

Waited over an hour for just our drinks on a very hot day. Had to ask several times for our drinks which were only waters and a coke. Finally after waiting for over an hour we finally got our food but still no drinks, which we had to ask for again. The food I was given was not what I ordered and the sandwich was awful and had barely any meat on it. Will never eat here again. The most awful dining experience I have ever had.

this was recommended by our instructors, so I went here and OH BOY was I impressed. from the outside it just looked like a run down ranch house but as you walk inside the ambiance is creepy and interesting as the same time. the food was great and the staff were very welcoming. I came to find out that the place is haunted and a TV show has been there multiple times. I would definitely return and you should try to make your way there. enjoy View menu

Overrated and over priced . Ordered a steak for $37.50 and had one bite and just about spit it out . Needed up ordering a burger which was way better but still $20 bucks for a cheeseburger is crazy . Atmosphere was cool except the ac didn’t feel like it worked so they had to keep the doors open which allowed flies all over the place . Staff was nice and friendly. Overall not bad , just not worth the drive if you’re looking for a great meal .

The waitress was wonderful but the kitchen staff really were having a bad day! It took forever to get our food it came out in bits and pieces. Those that ordered the onion soup loved it as most everyone does who eats here. When we were about to leave when the grilled cheese sandwich with green chili finally arrived, but what was tasted and was yummy. The buffalo burger was tough and dry. There is really nothing on the menu for vegetarians. So a really mixed bag of positives and negatives. The only real reason I take visitors here is to experience the atmosphere and weird collections of things.
