"Not happy at all with my experience here. The sandwiches on display look a lot better than the one I actually got. I ordered two wraps and a side of fries. The wraps were dry. The wraps were done way ahead of the fries. When he brought the wraps out I reminded him of the fries. He said two minutes five minutes later still no fries so I approached the counter. He said oh no two more minutes I told him I really couldn 't wait I had a train to catch. He went back into the kitchen like he had forgotten to do them. We almost missed our train and the fries were soggy and cold once I opened the container. If I could have I definitely would have asked for my money back. I wish more had been open I was surprised for 6:00 on a Saturday evening. Skip this place."

I really wanted the chicken kebab platter but the staff left me on hold for 18 mins. And came back and asked me to hold again. I hung up. Bad service and not even nice about it when you finally speak with someone. This restaurant is poorly managed. You lost a long term customer.

When you are on 42nd and 9th you smell the grill being vented to the street. Some of the best marketing you can have. Great grilled chicken dishes. I have not had Chirping Chicken and it was as I remembered. A great, sweet sauce and tender juicy chicken. The ribs are tender, and tasty but do not fall off the bone. The sides are huge. Worth it. relaxing interior in a very busy part of NYC.

This is my second attempt at dining here, and unfortunately, I've gotten sick each time. The food lacks any real flavor or care—it’s all just packaged salt and pepper. I requested ranch dressing but received French dressing instead. The meal was so dry that I couldn't finish it. It was truly disappointing. I won’t be returning. I suppose you really do get what you pay for; I feel like I wasted $11.
