"Oh my. A Very dated décor and not very many people there...which should have been a clue. Put off by the extremely high prices we went with fish and chips (incredibly pathetic fries) and the Lobster BLT with parmesan onion rings (which sounded intriguing but turned out to be regular onion rings with shredded parmesan sprinkled on top...rings were cold so parmesan did not melt...a disappointment) Waiter was disinterested. Never asked how our meal was. Never refilled our drinks. Looking for some upside and decided some of the lighting fixtures would be an ideal fit for the 40-year old family mountain cabin. Odd design. Park in the back by the dumpsters and walk around to the front of the restaurant (first two entrance doors had signs directing us to continue to circumnavigate the restaurant for an open door. Never been to a restaurant designed like this where the curb appeal is facing the main road b ut all parking is behind. No plans to return."

Steak had fat right down the middle they took it off the bill but I was expecting better food for $35 but stuff happens for the amount the bill was it wasn’t worth it to me

Was seated right away. I ordered the wedge salad to start it took a while to get, but it was worth the wait). I then ordered the club sandwich with loaded ff, so delicious! My server was also cashing out customers and seating other customers host), but was very attentive to my needs as well as his other customers' needs.

The restaurant was slow but the food took quite a while to get out to us. It seemed like they cooked one thing at a time or forgot half the order then made the other half because half of our meals were cold. The Mac and cheese on the Mac and cheese burger was cold. I placed an order to go. $22.00 Vegetarian Burger with fries. This is what it looked like when I opened it at home. We have always loved Claim Jumpers in the past for the food and large portion sizes. What happened to the fries? The burger was delicious. The restaurant has really changed for the worse over the years. I hope they can fix whatever is broken.

Acoustically, it is a very loud space. It was difficult to hear others at our table (of 4). The food was good, but the service was lacking. Once we were seated, we sat there for 15 minutes before anyone came to the table to offer water, take drink orders, etc. I typically eat in the bar area, so I'm not sure if this is typical service for the main dining room.

O M to the G! I was craving some authentic juicy steak after my intermittent fasting. After slurping a small bowl of the most delicious clam chowder soup I ever tasted, I dug into the most succulently grilled T-bone rib eye steak ever created by man. I topped it with a grilled lobster tail. It took me to heaven and back y’all. A 9 oz glass of Merlot washed it all down perfectly! View menu

This was a disappointing experience. At initial check-in, the hostess seemed to ignore my mentioning we had a reservation. We were seated in the bar area where the bartender was also our server and appeared to be a little too busy to do both. Food was so-so. My wife liked hers but mine (fish and chips) was not the best. The fish was pretty bland and the chips (french fries) were lukewarm and soggy. I know they can do better but this was not their best night.

Had been a while since visiting this establishment. Music was too loud in waiting area but at the table was hardly noticeable for good conversation. Understaffed as most places nowadays and had to wait a couple of minutes to even have someone greet us. Come to find out later the receptionist was also doubling as a table cleaner. Give her a raise. Cody was our server. Excellent service with good conversation. He too was one of two servers out of seven that were to be working that evening. Employee commitment in today’s world is abominable.
