"If you enjoy home-cooked meals, this place is worth a visit. The pancakes were delightfully fluffy, and I highly recommend choosing them over the waffle—you're getting three pancakes for the same price as one waffle. The baked and sliced eggs are cooked to order, and the potatoes and clog (bacon and sausage) were delicious. However, keep in mind that there are no chicken, turkey, or beef options; all meat selections are pork. Unfortunately, there are also no fruit or vegetable sides available. The atmosphere is charming, with food and drinks served on a collection of vintage dishes (I even had a coffee cup with a duck design). Overall, it's a great local spot to try because the food is tasty."

Service is quick kinda friendly. Coffee is good. Eggs cooked the way I like. Bacon crunchy but tasted a little funny. Overall cleanliness of the place was about a 3 out 5.

This was our first time at this restaurant, and it was fantastic. The food reminded us of Grandma's cooking, the atmosphere was great, and the locals were very friendly. It felt like a family experience.

I have never had bad experience here. Daisy is so kind and sweet I look forward to her bright smile. Her coffee is awesome. My son actually found the place years ago he would walk with his family there from granville st for breakfast. Now he walks from down w.main just to enjoy breakfast and support a local family owned diner that is great...

We went for breakfast. Only place near the square to sit down for breakfast. The service is nice, atmosphere is nice, it was not too crowded. It was clean, and prices are very reasonable. But the food is pretty average. Nothing at all was bad, just nothing special either. Specifically the potatoes needed more flavor. I got the greatly priced daily special for $5 something which includes 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 toasts, and home fries, and my wife got an omelet for $8 something. Bottomless coffee was nice. I'd go back again for sure.

"On Wednesday 12/06 I went to Banzai Sushi, I have never received such bad service in my life… Every time I remember my experience, I get angry, the waitress is rude and has a horrible attitude! It's a shame because the food there is wonderful, but the service is so SO BAD that I lost my appetite. When I got there, there was some water spilled on the table, she took my stepfather's DIRTY NAPKIN to clean it and just left it there. When I asked for things she responded with an ignorant, rude tone. My partner doesn't eat any type of animal protein other than shrimp. So we asked if we could replace the salmon with shrimp in a poke, she checked in the kitchen and said everything was fine. When she came back, I placed my order and she was doing something at the other table, but said to continue because she was listening….my partner also talking about swapping salmon for shrimp at the end and the waitress replies “so it's not like that at all what you want, is something different” and simply left leaving us talking to the wall. When our order arrived, my order came out wrong. I called her and she simply replied “BUT ALSO, WITH HER MAKING ALL THIS MESS WITH SALMON AND SHRIMP…”, sorry, but for me that was the end of the bite. It's okay to get the order wrong, I know it happens, but blaming the customer? Every time she passed by our table I saw her making faces and looking at the kitchen. I thought it was a huge lack of respect, we are paying customers. On top of that, it also includes a 15% tip. Normally, if I receive good service, I will give 20%, after all, I work in customer service and value professionals in my field. And if the service was just bad, I wouldn't bother coming here to report it... But it was horrible"
