"Looking for a restaurant to cellebrate a birthday, I found what appeared to be a nice place on the internet called Eleven and it had an attractive menu. I Called Eleven and made a reservation for Saturday, the 9th of February. When I got there doors were locked , but someone let us in and we were promptly marched into Hyde Park Steakhouse (HPS). Confusion ensued as I had made a reservation w/ Eleven, not HPS. I pulled up the website for Eleven on my phone, complete w/ menu, and proceeded to speak w/ the manager and several others trying to understand what was going on. They told me Eleven was currently closed and actually part of HPS. At that point we were stuck, w/ HPS and its ' very expensive menu, which was nothing like the Eleven menu. It was not feasible to find another place to go..... so we were stuck. There were 7 of us and because of the run-around from HPS everyone felt uneasy w/ pricing and ordered very little... ie: salads, hamburgers, sides. Not what I had planned. HPS ruined a birthday celebration with a very shady 'Bait and Switch ' and handed me a bill for over $400. NEVER AGAIN!"

I had an excellent meal and drinks here the day after Valentine's Day. The service was also very good. I recommend taking advantage of the valet parking...

Stopped in for a happy hour event. Great location and atmosphere. Drinks were good. The appetizer items were delicious. Definitely need to come back for dinner.

Eleven is located right next to the fantastic downtown Hyde Park steakhouse and can be seen as its more laid-back, bar-style counterpart. To be honest, I wasn't aware...

The burger was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lively. It's one of the few places I've ever come across that serves absinthe in the traditional manner, using the water drip and sugar cube method. View menu

I visited this restaurant during happy hour, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety on their menu. I ordered the beef sliders and calamari. While the calamari was good, I found the Asian sauce to be a bit too overpowering.

This is my favorite bar in the entire area! The bartenders are incredibly friendly and craft fantastic drinks. They take the time to get to know you, making it feel like you're with real people. The music is excellent too; I heard Kerli while I was there! The food is also quite good. It's a fantastic spot for happy hour, and I highly recommend the calamari!

adrian is the epitome of customer service. he makes his guests really welcome and offers the BEST-Pflege. I have never received service like adrians and it is an excellent example for excellent customer service. I keep bringing friends and guests here because of the atmosphere, the delicious food, sitting in the open. but above all because adrian makes it an unforgettable experience. Thank you! View menu

Amazing ambience and great small plates. We did not have a very good server. It was not my first time here but my companion had been here on numerous occasions. She assured me the service from the waitress was not typical. After several problems with our waitress we asked for the manager and it turned out to be a nice guy named Adrian who originally moved a heavy table for us upon our arrival to the patio. He resolved our concerns and saved the evening. I will e back. This patio is very grown and sexy, food is great, stick to wine and beer, the mixed drinks are sub par but management holds it together.

Over the past four years, I've visited this place multiple times, sometimes with friends and other times just with my partner, usually after dining at a nearby restaurant. It's an excellent spot to relax, chat, and enjoy drinks. I've encountered both good and outstanding servers, but never a bad one. The terrace is fantastic during the warmer months, and in winter, it's wise to arrive early to snag a seat by the fireplace. It has a romantic ambiance, especially earlier in the evening. Additionally, the small plates are sourced from the steakhouse, making them far superior to typical bar food. Even some of my picky friends were pleasantly surprised and satisfied with their selections.

"Food quality Service Ambiance Value Menu selection Location/Accessibility Overall experience Date visited: 11/11/2023 During a weekend excursion to the vibrant city of Columbus, I seized the opportunity to indulge my palate in the diverse and rich flavors of Indian cuisine at Aab India Restaurant. Accompanied by my dining companion, KK, our culinary escapade unfolded with the promise of an extraordinary dining experience. Arriving just before noon, we found the exterior of Aab India unassuming, a subtle facade that betrayed little of the culinary marvels concealed within. The challenge of parking, however, proved a minor detour on our quest for gastronomic bliss. Having secured a spot in the Big Lot parking lot down the street, we waited outside, eagerly anticipating the moment when the doors would swing open to reveal the warmth and aromatic allure that awaited us. As the clock struck 12, the portal to this culinary haven opened, and we eagerly sought refuge from the brisk autumn air. A gracious staff member ushered us to a neatly arranged table, allowing my companion to peruse the menu while I immersed myself in the restaurant's ambiance. The interior unfolded with systematic organization—tables optimized for space, a bar counter adorned with a curated collection hinting at a storied history, and at the far end, a buffet counter laden with an enticing array of Indian culinary treasures. The decor, an elegant fusion of warmth and antiquity, transported diners to a bygone era. With its antique-inspired ceiling, floor, and furnishings, Aab India exuded an authenticity that promised an immersive dining experience. The warm color palette and tantalizing aroma further heightened the anticipation, especially as I imagined the ambiance taking on a magical allure as daylight gave way to night. Choosing the all-you-can-eat buffet, we joined a queue that mirrored our eagerness to explore the Indian culinary landscape. Labels adorned each tray, providing glimpses into the myriad dishes that awaited us. My plate became a canvas for a symphony of flavors—a scoop of herbal basmati rice, curry that was a departure from the familiar Chicken Tikka Masala, naan bread, fresh vegetables, and a dessert whose uniqueness intrigued my senses. Returning to our table, the first bites were revelations. The curry, a choreography of spices, danced on my palate, and the naan bread, while exemplary on its own, ascended to sublime heights when dipped in the curry. KK, fully immersed in the experience, relished basmati rice, Chicken Tikka, and an assortment of vegetables with evident delight. In the midst of our culinary reverie, an attentive waitress graced our table, ensuring our glasses remained filled. A managerial or culinary presence, keen on enhancing our experience, paid a gracious visit, adding a personal touch to our culinary journey. Our senses satiated and the ambiance savored, we lingered a while before bidding adieu to the burgeoning crowd. Overwhelmed by the newfound popularity, we settled the bill, generously tipping for the delightful fare and attentive service—a mere $16 per person, a paltry sum for the culinary symphony we had indulged in. Overall, Aab India Restaurant emerges as an unparalleled gem in the culinary scene of Columbus. A haven for those seeking not just a meal but a gastronomic journey, it stands as a testament to the alluring wonders of Indian cuisine. As I departed, the promise echoed—an assurance that whenever Columbus beckons, Aab India will be my chosen sanctuary for an encore of extraordinary flavors and warm hospitality."
