"Fleetwood had all the right elements? California cuisine, local purveyors, welcoming and attentive staff. Unfortunately the delivery was underwhelming in a region with such a high bar. For example, the cocktails were ok, but sweet. The wines were nondescript, leaning toward sweet as well. The food was a menagerie of styles. The caesar salad was two quarters of romaine, charred with large shavings of Parmesan, anchovies and toast, but was grossly under dressed (I would have put extra dressing on the plate under the lettuce). The steak, which was prepared perfectly medium rare, was paired with creamy gnocchi, cremini mushrooms (supposed to be hen of the wood?s mushrooms), and snap peas were all well prepared, but also disjointed and didn?t play well together. Fleetwood has all the right components, it just fell short of its potential."

The restaurant was obviously short-staffed, as we experienced a long wait to place our order despite the half-full dining area. However, the food was excellent! I particularly enjoyed the wood-fired Caesar salad and the Hen in the Woods pizza (made with mushrooms).

I really can't say enough good things about the menu here. I tasted a little bit of everything and it was all glorious. Some stand outs: the meatball appetizer, the truffle pizza, the Brussels sprouts, the Caesar salad that will make an anchovy lover out of you, and the salmon, which melts in your mouth.

Food was delicious, great staff ! We ordered the Braised Pork Pizza, Tortelloni Brussel Sprouts. All were amazing! The pizza sprouts were slightly oily/greasy but we still ate it all. The dark chocolate hazelnut pizza was more of a crispy dough with dots of dark chocolate Gamache roasted hazelnuts. Which was unexpected, but still delicious. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the best gnocchi I've ever tasted, which came with the strip loin dish. Our server, Sarah, was incredibly kind, and the atmosphere was delightful both indoors and outdoors. We typically don't dine at the restaurants in the hotels where we stay, but we were having trouble finding a casual yet appealing place nearby, and the menu here caught our eye. I’m so glad we chose to eat here!

We came on a fall evening, and were grateful to be seated near the kitchen and enjoy watching the action as well as get warmed up from the chilly outdoors. The seafood Cioppino was a large bowl with 3 pieces of bread, very hearty and rich, loaded with yummy fish and shrimp. We also had roasted meatballs that were tender and perfectly seasoned and cooked. Definitely would come back and try the pizza and pasta, too, as Fleetwood is known to have some of the best around!
