"I don't know where to begin in regards to this place, walked in for the first time not sure what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised, very open, casual, comfortable atmosphere and the young lady who seated us was extremely polite. I need to get her name and will add to my review later, she deserves full credit for the fact that I will be eating there again, her politeness was above and beyond any expectations I might have had as I had to leave shortly after getting my plate of food and when I got back she had taken it to keep on their warmer for me but instead of giving me my original plate she insisted on replacing the entire meal for me out of concern my food would not taste very fresh. I told her that was not necessary as I did not want to trouble anyone over my leaving to begin with. She would not let me refuse a fresh plate and that blows my mind. She was extremely professional, polite and friendly and the entire visit she made sure both myself and husband were pleased with our food and drinks. I work in customer service so it always resonates with me to see others working in customer service that value the simple gesture of being polite to others. Thank you young lady. Will see you on Friday and I will be adding your name to this review. Absolutely fantastic place for food and drinks. Customer service was spectacular. Food was delicious and my drink was just as great. So here is the update I promised, as I did visit again for yet another spectacular lunch and delicious drink, Aurora was my waitress this time I was sure to ask her name and Erica was my waitress on Monday, apparently family owned and trust me when I say they take their business very seriously, politeness and professionalism as well as serving delicious food has made me a returning customer and the drive from Madera is worth it because I wish I could say that we had the same high standards here in my local restaurants that Aurora and her wonderful family have at The Blossom."

Split Personality The place was not busy the Sunday morning we ate there. It deserves to be busier. The menu is split between coffee shop fare and Mexican items. I had a Pastrami and egg wrap. It was better than it sounds. Service was pleasant and the food was tasty. View menu

This morning, Erica was the only server on duty and let me tell you, she was absolutely amazing. She managed multiple customers at once while being incredibly sweet and attentive. I felt sorry for her having to run around so much, but wow, she did an outstanding job. I hope she is compensated well for her hard work.

My husband and I visited Fort Blossom Cafe for the first time and had a great experience. We both ordered the blueberry pancakes with eggs, bacon, and hash browns. The food was delicious, especially with the honey bacon butter. The service was excellent - quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Every time we visit Fresno, I enjoy coming to this restaurant for breakfast with my family. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I especially love sitting on their patio with our dogs, as they always provide a bowl of water for them. The portion sizes are generous and the food is tasty. View menu

Excellent food and big portions! Service left a lot to be desired. The place was pretty empty when we arrived. We waited 15 minutes to place our order and that was only because we asked after people had just sat down and ordered before us. The food was great! Then it took FOREVER to get our check (had to ask) and never got a refill on my drink even after several workers walked by.

Surprised that you're right next to one of the best grocery stores in town to buy plant based vegan foods (I know they just closed) but not one item on your menu was vegan (nothing I could even modify). You even have all sorts of runners and Woodward Park goers using your parking lot and could really capitalize on the traffic with some healthy options. Even though I couldn't order any food I did have a drink at the bar. Very friendly service. I wish you the best but your menu really feels like a missed opportunity based on your location.
