"We decided to give Havana jacks another try, because the service has always been poor. Seems there is no communication and there is always a very long wait and the food is not that great Once again we wait d forever and never saw our server to get another cocktail or anything I reserved the table on open table a week before for eight of us. Wehnwe arrived the hostess told me that the reservation was cancelled. That was not true. She eventually got us a table. All of our meals came late and staggered at different times Seems no one cares about the service there Everyone we know complains about the same thing We will not go there again for dinner"

Seems a little run down. Food was pretty good, service good as well, but the entertainment was worse than sticking a needle in your eye. It was fitting though, the singer played Sailing by Christopher Cross and since this song is played at most dentists offices it took me back to extreme pain View menu

You will never get service unless you physically flag someone down! Been here two times in a four day period. Happened both times that we had to wait over 20 (not a joke) minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that we were seated. Incompetent! Once you get a server everything is fine. This was our first meal at Havana Jacks and the location was fantastic - we sat outside right next to the ocean. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The prices of the food and wine were reasonable. We will definitely be returning, probably every couple of months. Our only small issue was that we were in the mood for "fine dining" and the higher-end meals we chose didn't quite meet our expectations. However, we look forward to trying the pub food and drinks on our next visit.
