"Bold Service! Ordered crablegs , no utensils to crack open the clusters ! Ordered a purple Rain drink an charged 6$ for the supposedly using chambord,which is a liqueur and how do you charge extra for something that goes in a drink (standard) Ask for water which came 20mins later..had to ask for napkins as we were eating! Then to top it all off to get a carry out container for the food you didnt finish eating !!! It was $5.00 for a to go container to wrap up the food! It's disappointing when you go support your local business in your neighborhood! We need to do better!!!!"

Food good but that doesn’t matter when the service is TERRIBLE! Hire new bartenders and waitresses that has great service and is nice/friendly Literally waited almost 2 hours before someone came to my table and all they were doing was setting up decorations

I have never tasted such terrible food before. The lamb sausages were tough, fatty, and undercooked. The steak bites were mostly fat, and the few pieces that were meat were so tough I was worried about cracking a tooth. Paying $32 for such awful food and receiving terrible customer service was truly disappointing.

I don't really go out to be honest I don't go out at all this is the first time out with some coworkers it is very interesting dance floor was small place was average size atmosphere was okay. If I was younger they'll probably be ideal spot for me to go but since I went at the time that I went and I'm 51 years old I stuck out like a sore of the but I did enjoy myself View menu

I scheduled my 51st birthday at the Opyum Lounge I made my own party it was a real disappointment that the only thing on my flyer was available 2$lambchps and 2$greentea shots My birthday is 12/13 the DONT give you the free bottle until after 12? That’s not my birthday my family was uncomfortable with the waitresses outfits really revealing we had to watch them twerking had to leave I invited my older family members it’s a good place for the younger crowd I would not recommend this place for older people I guess

We had to ask where to sit. After waiting 15mins the waitress took our order. We repeated it 3-4 times. Buffalo wings seemed to not register. Why would you give me a bill and I haven't even received my food? Just very weird service. When we got our food 45mins later, we had fried wings with a side of hot sauce. Had to find my waitress to pay. Then had to find her so I could get my card cause it was taking awhile. The service was just horrible. I wouldn't recommend going here. The only thing that saved my birthday was my date.
