"During a trip to NYC, we visited Palma on the recommendation of my husband's friend. We made reservations in advance for when they opened and arrived a few minutes early, waiting outside with other couples until our table was ready. The restaurant is located on a charming small street (Cornelia St) and feels secluded. Once inside, we understood why it came so highly recommended. The ambiance is impeccable, giving the feeling of being in a villa in Italy. We were seated in the courtyard area, which was beautiful with terraces and roses everywhere - perfect for Instagram. Despite arriving early, the restaurant quickly filled up. Our server was attentive and patient as we made our choices. We started with a delicious glass of wine and shared a few antipasti dishes before moving on to our mains. The eggplant parmigiana was rich and creamy, while the fig, ricotta, and prosciutto dish was lighter and balanced. I chose the gluten-free fettuccine with mushrooms and truffle sauce, which was surprisingly delicious. My husband enjoyed the pappardelle Bolognese. The portion sizes were just right, leaving us comfortably full. We were too stuffed for dessert, but the options looked tempting. While not cheap, Palma is definitely worth the price for the quality of food, portion sizes, and overall experience. We had a wonderful meal and would recommend Palma to anyone looking for quality Italian cuisine in a charming, secluded part of NYC. We hope to return soon."

Loved the ambiance of this Palma! It's such a great restaurant. Food came out in a timely way and was tasty. The service was also good (but wouldn't say incredible). Would one hundred percent recommend this place to anyone that likes Italian with a great wine list and a great atmosphere

This restaurant was good but not great. I think my biggest disappointment was the focaccia. It was cold, hard and came without anything to dip or spread. The truffle pasta was the star of the show, so I am glad there was something that made it worth the visit. The music and ambiance were vibey, but it did feel a little dim and very crowded. I think overall based on the price point and difficulty getting reservations, it was a little underwhelming. But overall good experience and good service. View menu

I visited this charming restaurant for a bridal shower and it is absolutely perfect for posting on Instagram. The food was authentic and delicious, with standout dishes like the eggplant Parmesan, branzino, beet salad, roasted vegetables, and tiramisu. However, hosting a private event here was quite expensive and our room was not as private as we had hoped. Other guests from different events had to pass through our narrow room, leading to some disruptions. Despite this, the dreamy decor and tasty food make it easy to see why this restaurant is a favorite in NYC.

Had the best experience! The restaurant is super cute and has a great vibe! It’s intimate but you can also go with a small group of people and think it would be a great place to host a dinner if you wanted to from what it seems like. Our waiter was amazing. He let us have our time chatting, didn’t rush us in any way but the right amount of attention. The drinks were very good( a bit pricey) but we were having a girls night so I didn’t mind. The food was delicious had the cacio e Pepe ravioli. And ended night was espresso martini. Overall great atmosphere and meal. Will definitely come back

Stunning Italian restaurant on Cornelia street, could sit in there for hours! Let's get into the food: Arancini 8/10 pretty good, but nothing that blew me away Ravioli 7.5/10 I liked the unique take on cacio e pepe, but again wasn't floored Bolognese 7/10 it was just okay, came to the table a bit cold Tomatoes 6/10 not refreshing as we were expecting, felt like they had been sitting out a long time before getting served Drinks 9/10 all were really tasty Service was fair, didn't feel rushed to leave. Overall, it was a decent lunch, but nothing stood out to me as amazing (especially for the price) this time around unfortunately View menu

We had a reservation for 2 after the dinner rush on a Sunday night. Palma had a lovely atmosphere, we were asked to wait for around 10-15 minutes upon arriving for our reservation. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and then brought them to our table when they were ready. We got the artichoke appetizer and each got a pasta. Food overall was excellent, service was where they lose a star. It took 15 minutes to flag someone down, and then another 10 to even have our check delivered. Our dinner ended up being extended by like 40 minutes as a result. Other than that, was very cute, good for girly dinner, would come back, definitely pricey though.

My friends and I came here for dinner and were super impressed! Both the inside and the outside were super cute (we ended up sitting outside but it wasn't cold with the heaters on). For appetizers, we ordered the Fritto Misto, Cavolfiore, Polpettine and Parmigiana Di Melanzane. All were very yummy but our favorite was the eggplant. For pastas, we ordered the Ravioli Cacio e Pepe and the Agnolotti Agli Spinaci. We couldn't decide as a group which we liked better but I personally loved the cacio e pepe. For dessert, we got the Tiramisu and Torta Di Ricotta. The tiramisu was the winner but the cheese cake was good as well light and fluffy! Overall, we really enjoyed our experience. Service was...

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
