"The person who added the Country Fried Brisket to the menu deserves a Michelin Star. I can't emphasize enough how incredible it was – a solid 10/10! It had the perfect combination of tenderness and flavor, with a crunchy breading that added an extra touch of delight. The portion was generous and reasonably priced; I would gladly pay even more for it. The pork rinds with honey made for a unique and tasty starter. The dry rub on the wings was exceptional, with just the right balance of flavor and smokiness. Our waiter was patient and attentive, providing excellent recommendations. Even though the restaurant was busy on a Friday night, we had no trouble getting seated, and our food arrived quicker than expected. The atmosphere was vibrant, featuring cool posters on the walls and stylish shirts for sale. My only suggestion would be to replace the rice and gravy side with mashed potatoes, but that’s just personal preference. Overall, it was a fantastic experience – if I find myself in Macon again, I will definitely return to this restaurant."

SO GOOD!!! Food was amazing and service was excellent. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and the chicken itself was bigger than my head. It was so so so good... will definitely come back if I'm in the area again!

I didn't eat so i can't speak to the food but the drinks were tasty. I had a Tequila on 3rd and whiskey sidecar. Service was fast and friendly. Ambiance is your typical brewery/pub set up. Plenty of seating and apparently there's an arcade downstairs.

Great brunch offerings! Great bar staff. I had the grit bowl which was amazing and huge with the biggest biscuit ever! My fiancé had the biscuits and gravy, he wishes there was more gravy. We had some awesome drinks and beer. We'll be back to try the wings! View menu

Wow. The beer at this restaurant is amazing and the BBQ is top-notch. The brisket is juicy and the smoky Leg Quarter on the PBK Platter is fantastic. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. I left feeling full and satisfied. This place alone is worth a visit to Macon, GA.

The guy who greeted us at the front seemed to have been having a bad day and it came across in his attitude, otherwise the rest of the staff was really nice. The food was very good. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. We didn't go downstairs, but I heard they have a nice bar area down there.

love this brewery! great selection of beer and food. i got the trash can fries and it was more than enough food for two people. they were so delicious! i also got a whatever salad has raisins and blue cheese (the name is escaping me) and it was also really good. the service was wonderful and it was a great, chill environment to be in. great post-work spot! A close friend of mine accidentally left his wallet on the table at this restaurant. A few hours later, I realized it and called them immediately. They assured me they had it and would bring it to the door. It's reassuring to know there are still honest people in the world (and in Macon). Plus, the food and service were outstanding as always! If you haven't tried their Brisket Platter, you're missing a real treat. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Piedmont for their honesty and delicious cuisine!

Hands down 10/10. We stopped here on our way back to Nashville from FL. We sat at the bar, had amazing service, the IPA's were excellent but the food was phenomenal. We had wings (yum yum sweet and smoky), probably the best smoked wings I've ever had. We also had a brisket patty melt with Mac and cheese and a burger with waffle fries and we seriously can't complain about one thing. Honestly we were so impressed. Highly recommend trying this place out! They also had amazing selection of bourbon and their **** Mary's looked awesome
