"Ranchero's has been in business over 10 years in a location where businesses close regularly. The staying power can be attributed to delicious salsas that are served with chips as you sit down (or given when you order takeout), followed by a diverse menu. Each dish has always come out at the right temperature and the sauces are quite savory, e.g., enchilada sauce. For those who drink alcohol, they have a variety of Mexican beer, and limited margaritas and wine. Like any other restaurant, there is a wait of about 20 minutes to get your food when you sit down and also with phone orders at prime time. This place has fantastic burritos, particularly the machaca and egg. The menudo is also excellent. If you're looking for a dinner option, definitely go for the ranchero burrito; it’s enormous!

Absolutely delicious! I almost don't want to share this review to keep the place from getting too busy. The food is amazing, especially the breakfast options. Everything pairs perfectly with their cinnamon-infused coffee. The menudo is also a must-try. I've already been here twice this month, even though I don't live in Fresno.

I rarely write reviews, but Rancheros Mexican truly deserves it. The service was flawless, the food outstanding, and the music was spot on—definitely a perfect 10/10 experience.
