Nice place to people watch and a reasonable menu. Interior space is a bit industrial and boxy, and cutlery is kept in a drawer at each table, which is a curious quirk. Outdoor patio and bar is more fun when weather permits!

Really wonderful service from everyone on staff. The food was delicious: a pear salad and fish and chips with the best fries ever. How great that the Patina Group operates a restaurant here. LACMA provides such a beautiful and welcoming civic space as well. We need more places like this in Los Angeles.

We sat in the outdoor patio area for LACMA's Friday Jazz evening. Kudos to the attentive, friendly and professional staff! Food was good we had the steak frites. We were a little further back from the more VIP lounge area, and felt a little barren...would have benefitted with a few potted plants around the perimeter and table lights or candles for a bit more ambience. The restaurant only offers outdoor seating in a space adjacent to construction for a gala happening the following day. This area experiences a lot of foot traffic, including workers moving trash cans. The chairs are set on a carpet covered with soft plastic, making it challenging to slide them back and forth. Hopefully, the atmosphere will improve once the museum construction is finished.

The food was incredible! The quality was beyond what I was expecting but it was a pleasant and welcomed surprise. Our server was great also. They checked on us enough but not too much. They were knowledgable about the menu and were able to make great drink recommendations. We came here just so we wouldn't have to venture out in the middle of our day at LACMA but I think we might come back on purpose next time. Highly recommend.
