"We went at noon on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was almost empty. Waited a while to be seated because no one was at the door. They asked if we needed kids menus and said they'll bring them later. After we were seated and got drinks I asked again for the kids menus (had 4 kids) and the waiter went away for 5 minutes to come say the manager said they didn't have any, but that he knew what was on the menu. While he was gone I searched for the kids menu online, so the kids knew what to order before he came back. Bathrooms were clean, but they were red and black like they belong in a different restaurant. I have been to several other locations and have never seen a bathroom like that at a Macaroni Grill. They had a big fan on the sink. They also had a big fan in the restaurant area. Spinach and artichoke dip, was very very watery. Also a couple of the pasta dishes the creamy sauces tasted and looked very watered down, not the quality of food we've experienced at other locations. Service was good and the restaurant was clean, but very disappointed on the food quality."

The food was great but it's the worst service I've had in a long time. When you watch your server fix their makeup as you wait for your drink- that's ridiculous. The place had 4 other occupied tables.

I had the shrimp scampi it was very good. The service was great and the restaurant had a clean feel and appearance and j could really relax while enjoying my meal. I definitely recommend this place. It is a little pricey, but it's definitely worth.

It had been a while since my last visit to Macaroni Grill and I was pleasantly surprised. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. The chefs did a wonderful job with our meals and our server Katie was outstanding, providing great recommendations. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall dining experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Macaroni Grill. Keep up the good work!

My group was seated and I feel as though we waiting a long time for everything. I almost felt as if we were inconveniencing the waitress just by physically being there. I got a to go box for my meal. When I got home I decided to finish the meal...there was a roach in it. I did not see it until the end. It was cooked. I was getting sick immediately. I called and they gave me a refund. (Very thankful for that DHEC has been called and I do not believe that I will ever go again. That was too much for me. And reading the comments below it appears they have a roach issue. I will be following up with DHEC. I want to see businesses and restaurants do well and I hope they make some major changes. View menu

We were evacuated from Charleston and stumbled upon this fantastic restaurant. We initially expected it to be similar to Carrabas or Olive Garden, but we were pleasantly surprised. The service from our server, Ramiro, was exceptional – he greeted us with a smile and was very pleasant. And the food...the food was outstanding! My husband, daughter, mother (who is very picky), and I all enjoyed our meals. The Prima Margarita was particularly delicious and much needed after our long drive. We wish we could have a restaurant like this in Charleston, and would love for Ramiro to be our waiter there too.
