"Pleasantly surprised by this place. Most people loved their food except for regular fries. Tasted straight outta the freezer section. Cajun fries were good though. Country fried steak, burgers, and shrimp and grits were enjoyed. Prices were reasonable especially for the size plate of food. I really wish they would have told me though how big beef patties were on patty melt. I asked for an extra patty and they charged me $6 for the party. Wasn't even needed as you can tell from the picture lol."

The food was absolutely delicious and my server was great! I wanted to try some local places during my visit to Houston and this place looked pretty decent. I had the chicken and waffle. The chicken was so juicy and well seasoned. I enjoyed every bite. The next visit to Houston is Frank's a must! View menu

I had the chicken and waffles. The waffle was AMAZING! I wished I was able to eat more. The chicken wings were underwhelming. Not nearly enough seasoning. The restaurant itself was VERY clean. We were there around 10am, if that makes a difference. I would definitely go back. I just won't order the chicken wings again.

Since 2001 Sayad is the top Mediterranean Restaurant where we never got any complaint when we are considering the customer service, quality of food or the wait of time, it’s always giving us full satisfaction, we are going as a couple or in a group for family gathering. Please do consider this restaurant if you like Mediterranean food.
