"It was frustrating to see at least four cars sailing through the drive-thru with no issues at all. When the crew leader brought out our second order, which was just a hamburger, he seemed indifferent and offered no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I plan to speak with the store manager about this experience, as we've never encountered anything like it before. I understand they may be short-staffed, but when they are able to serve multiple drive-thru customers and ignore those of us sitting in stalls who have pressed the button, something is clearly wrong. At one point, a car next to us left out of frustration due to the lack of response, and when we left, we saw yet another car waiting for assistance. It's worth noting that the speakers were functioning properly. The crew leader's lack of customer service was disappointing, and I believe a reassessment of his role is warranted."

We absolutely adore this place! The staff are friendly, attentive, and quick. I primarily visit for breakfast, as no other restaurant in the area serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner all at once. We also appreciate their extensive drink options that seem to be limitless.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because their prices on their favorites have gone crazy. $40 plus to feed 3 people when I can go across the street and get really good Chinese food for $32 can't justify going there. This visit was on Halloween for their .50 corn dogs their new crispy fries are amazing. Price isn't an issue this would be my favorite place, love Sonic burgers. Food: 5 View menu

This location is just like any other fast food restaurant, but what I really appreciate is the drive-thru. Many Sonics in the area offer it, but not all do. I've never had any major complaints about this place, and the staff has always been friendly. Sonic is what it is; while some menu items can be a bit pricey, it’s not McDonald's, and I believe most items are reasonably priced considering their quality.
