"One of my favorite restaurants in LA! It feels tucked away even though it's on Hyperion; their lush patio really transports you away from the bustle of the city. The service is always warm and no one has any pretension about them. Also, the food is superb including the bread accompaniments. The pasta is delicious and quite affordable compared to other restaurants. I haven't been disappointed by any of the dishes I've tried. Very happy Speranza weathered through the pandemic, can't wait to dine in person again."

Mushroom risotto was horrible ? just a few mushrooms that appear to have been frozen, also, for some reason, the risotto was bitter. Absolutely not worth the money and not tasty at all.

The food was good, but I was charged over a hundred dollars for a bottle of wine that we didn’t order or drink. Be sure to check your bill carefully. Luckily, I noticed it in time and was able to get it corrected.

Fantastic place with great Italian food, good wines, good service, and fair prices. Super nice to sit outside as well as indoor with a kitchen view. We love it there and we will definitely come back when we are in L.A. View menu

I never write reviews, but now that Speranza has returned to Covid, I feel compelled to say that this is one of my favorite restaurants in LA. The food is fresh, made with high quality ingredients and the vibe is airy and cool. Very romantic, but still cool enough to get out of town with a group or visitors. The staff is always beautiful. Be so happy!

I usually don’t write reviews, but now that Speranza is back after the pandemic, I feel I must share my thoughts. This is truly one of my favorite restaurants in LA. The food is fresh and made from high-quality ingredients, and the atmosphere is light and inviting. It's the perfect spot for a romantic dinner while still being relaxed enough for a group outing or visitors from out of town. The staff is always wonderful. I’m so glad it’s finally open again!
