"Valentine’s Day dinner and we didn’t have any trouble getting a table. Service was A+…. Our waitress Erica was attentive and made some great suggestions. The food was average and could have paid attention to detail a bit more. The onion rings were light, fluffy and had a distinctive taste that was addicting. The salad was full of flavor but the chicken pieces were big and had to be cut down. The rainbow burgers were a bit dry and needed some love. The crispy onions were kind of an afterthought and disappointing. I only say this things because you are paying so much for food that it should be served properly. The steak was well cooked and the Parmesan fries were delicious. The cookie jar sundae is just insane. This is a great place for fun and a good time. The vibe is relaxed and all the pictures and candy keep you busy. Overall this is a nice place but be ready to spend some money."

The service was pretty good. The food was pretty good for the price. I got a fish bowl and a martini and both were good. Just wish homeless people would stop by the side while sitting outside asking if they can have my unfinished food that I was taking home.

My daughter's birthday wishes were to finally see all the talks about the sugar factory! And I'm glad we finally made it, they sat us fast and the employees were all incredibly nice and attentive. If you're thinking off going here make sure you ask for Vlad for your Waiter, my husband and I Travel very often and eat in too many places to say. Vlad is Excellence at its finest!!! ... My daughter had been wishing for her birthday to finally experience all the talk about the Sugar Factory! I'm so glad we were able to make it happen quickly. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The food was delicious, and everything was fresh. The drinks were fantastic! It was truly a birthday we will never forget. My daughter left feeling so happy; she really enjoyed this place!

at this weekend I had dinner at the sugar factory to celebrate my stipends. not only did michael cerda treat me and my guests very well, he expanded excellent customer service for all he talked to. the food and the ambiente were top-tier. First time at Sugar Factory 2/12/22. We thought it was a beautiful place so we dressed nicely and it wasn't so beautiful. This place is literally next to him at the casino. We had reserved a week in advance. Therefore we didn't have to wait long for a table (table reservation), this place will be busty. The appetizer we got and the burgers were delicious (price), but delicious. We didn't order lust drinks. FYI- there are not many food choices, but there are a lot of drinks choice alcohol-free and alcoholic drinks.
