"So we brought customers here for dinner. Was immediately told that there was a 45 minute wait for sushi due to only having one chef. Decided to go with something other than sushi. I then proceeded to eat my dinner backwards.I’ll explain. I ordered calamari as an app, side salad to start and the Asian stir fry for my entree. The stir fry came out first, the calamari when I was almost finished with the entree and could only chuckle when the salad hit after finishing both of those. Although discombobulated, the food was all good. Just seemed that the wait staff stayed behind and the kitchen was out of sync. I just hate when things obviously doesn’t go the way it should and not a single staff member addresses it. In an attempt to be fair, I will again say the food was good. I’d definitely order the stir fry again."

The service at this restaurant is excellent, and the sashimi is delicious. We dined in for lunch and found the price per person to be between $20–30. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 5 out of 5.

The tuna on the salad I ordered from Doordash was extremely tough and inedible, despite requesting it rare. It was not a pleasant experience. However, the management was accommodating and made things right by offering a replacement. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5. View menu

Our experience at this restaurant was positive overall. The interior atmosphere was pleasant, but we decided to dine outside because the weather was nice. The service was good and all of our food came out perfectly. We would definitely return to this restaurant. Service: Dine in.

The sushi was quite tasty! However, the prices are a bit high for the portion sizes. The service was a tad slow, but the restaurant was very crowded so it's to be expected. There is the option for both indoor and outdoor seating, which is a nice touch. The indoor tables are a bit close together, making the space feel a bit cramped.

We had an overall good experience here. Inside atmosphere looked nice. It happened to be nice enough outside, so that's where we chose to dine. Our service was good and everything came out nicely. Too loud inside for me. Food was ok. Menu has a filet list for $19. I asked the server if this was beef tenderloin. It was not. Was told it was skirt steak. Ordered anyway because it was $19. This place is what draws me to Aiken! I can’t express the excitement I feel when I walk into this restaurant. The food is made with more then random ingredients splashed together. It’s made with pure love and care. The sushi is fantastic, highly recommend! Rice is cooked to perfection, not hard and stale, not mushy and slimy. I love the warm, welcoming atmosphere this place brings and offers as well! If you haven’t been to Takosushi, you’re truly missing out!
