"Now you know I love me a good tea party, and this lovely tea room delivered. There were 8 of us and we sat in a private room surrounded by a variety of vintage items. We ordered the afternoon tea at lunchtime, i.e. a 'high tea, 'which included 4 different sandwiches, blueberry scones still warm from the oven, and 3 desserts. We could order a cup of tea or a pot. We went with 3 different pots. 2 of our guests had iced tea. Service was excellent and we were able to enjoy a leisurely visit with family we rarely see. It was a special treat we will long remember. Yes, it 's a bit pricey, but comparable to other high teas I 've enjoyed. As someone who caters tea parties, I can tell you that they are quite a bit of work. You and your friends will enjoy every little bite."

This eclectic little stop is a true hidden masterpiece. The gardens are fragrant, delightful and the food is magnificent! A charming must see stopover in South Florida!

Nice atmosphere, really good food. What a good surprise! I was expecting a pretty place and that's it, but not... it's much more than that, the food was surprisingly delicious, the waitress was really nice, and the ambiance great. View menu

I celebrated my baby shower here last weekend, and it was absolutely wonderful! The service was outstanding, and the Maria Antoinette room was stunning! My guests had a fantastic time and couldn't stop raving about how beautiful and unique the venue was.

Wow, everything was just amazing! From the warm greeting to the food, service, drinks, and prices, I couldn't have asked for more. The place was beautiful, and our waitstaff, Raul and Vivian, provided top-notch service that made us feel right at home. I will definitely be coming back!

Fist time and we are hooked. Everything we ordered was delicious. Our food took a while because something happened in the system they put the order, but mistakes happens, and we are humans. Our waiter took care of us, and the lady named Vivian was so friendly and nice, she made us feel like casual guests. Great customer service. I will definitely go back. View menu

Be prepared and aware that this is a popular restaurant, so you might need to wait a little, but it's absolutely worth it. My daughter recommended this place after seeing some videos, and even though it took us a few hours to get here, we loved it. The food and atmosphere were delightful. The staff is well-informed about the menu and kindly adjusted an order for my picky eater. It's a beautiful spot for a special occasion or even just for breakfast, like we had. The indoor space may be a bit small and can feel crowded, so keep that in mind, but it's definitely worth it!

We had a wonderful experience enjoying afternoon tea during brunch hours. The food was delightful, the service was quick and friendly, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained in the room. I especially loved the Bombay chai and raspberry mojito teas. The staff went out of their way to help us celebrate my mom’s birthday, singing a song and bringing out a candle for her while also taking our photo, despite how busy they were. The place was bustling, so I recommend making a reservation in advance for afternoon tea, which can be done via email. We managed to secure a table for Sunday by emailing them on Friday night.

"Man, talk about sneaky. That would be Filipe Pizza Pasta in an anchovy skin. I have heard the rumors since it was another pizza joint in the same location. A rebranding later we get Filipe. Looks pretty nice on the inside. The people are all pleasant enough. The staff is a tad... underknowledged on the food and what's on the menu. They have many multiples of sauces with no explanation of what's in them. There is the Sunday Gravy and the Tomato Sauce. The Marinara Sauce the House Gravy. You know they are all tomato based but that's about it. Last time we asked what were the differences and the basic reply was the Sunday Gravy was meatless and the House Gravy had meat. Marinara is meatless Tomato sauce? I dunno. Another thing they ALL have in common? They are rendered with anchovies. Even the pizza sauce! I ordered the Baked Ziti with Tomato sauce. Figure it's a safe bet. Dish pulls up with meat bits throughout the sauce. Ummm ok. So, Tomato Sauce is a meat sauce. We clear up the mess, I'm a vegetarian blah, blah, blah. Someone (who is not me wants to speak to the manager. We explain that the menu is needlessly confusing and ingredients should be put on the menu to lessen accidents like this. While I have him there I ask about the rumor we heard that the pizza sauce is made with anchovies. Why yes, it is, is the reply. It adds that umami flavor. To which we reply that the practice of putting meat into traditionally meatless items is kind of underhanded. Then the manager goes on to say he has worked in numerous establishments and they all put anchovies in the pizza sauce. To which I am thinking (What? Why on earth would they add cost to the sauce like that? I then ask him if all red sauces Filipe cooks contain anchovies. To which he replies yes. So, the dish you are currently recreating for my vegetarian diet is in fact not vegetarian? Correct. Can you please cancel my order then? I am done. Would you like more salad? No thank you. Of course, I make a list of my favorite pizza places and call them all and ask about their sauce practices. Of the 6 I get ahold of NONE of them use anchovies in their sauce. From the New York Slice shops to the Italian pizzaiolo's there is zero fish in the pizza sauce. The manager must not have worked at any of the establishments I called. Which makes me glad because there is still plenty of pizza out there for me."
